Very nice hotel. Modern and clean. Away from the busy centre but a lovely walk along the seafront. Rooms have smart TVs and even have adapters for uk plugs built into the sockets. The air con is fresh and cold and the control is next to your bed so easily accessible. The staff are polite and friendly especially the man who runs the breakfast shift. The breakfast is good. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are too. The hotel has a nice feeling much better than the big hotels. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in Vietnam and this is much better so we decided to stay here almost 3 weeks. I will be back in Vietnam this year and will return to this hotel. Thank you

Very Good Hotel – Clean, Comfortable, and Great Location I had a really good stay at Avari Hotel in Vietnam. The hotel is not fancy, but it’s modern, clean, and well taken care of. The staff are friendly and especially polite in the restaurant—service was great. The food was tasty and everything was clean and well organized. The hotel is in a quiet area, which is perfect for relaxing, but still within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. There’s also a nice view of the sea from the hotel. Overall, a great place to stay if you want comfort, cleanliness, and a good location.

A really lovely hotel, the room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable! I want to know where they purchase the pillows as they are the best I’ve ever slept on!

The hotel was super clean and all the facilities in the room were new and well maintained. Hot water was not a problem. The building is located outside of the city hustle, so you can get a good rest. The bed was super comfortable for me, which was usually not the case in Vietnam. I felt safe in the area day and night. Breakfast was also fresh and delicious.

My impression of the hotel is super positive in general, apart from the fact that the majority of staff didn’t speak English. It’s manageable if you use Google translate, nevertheless the communication was difficult at times. For the rest, the staff is super friendly.

The breakfast was excellent, and the service staff there were very attentive. The front desk was excellent helped me book a bus and update my sim card. The pool, the steam room, and the sauna were spotlessly clean. It's the best pool I've swam in since being in Vietnam. The view from my hotel was spectacular. Close to a quiet part of the beach.

The hotel was a little far from the center of town. But I like the quiet and peacefulness of the location.

An excellent hotel, the furniture is in excellent condition, there are no bad smells, the breakfast is not bad, but often the same type.

The maids are not very good at cleaning during your stay. Also the maids are very noisy, they started cleaning the neighboring rooms on Saturday at 6 am, they talked and laughed very loudly, which made it difficult to sleep. They also had a very loud walkie-talkie. This happened 3 times during the week of our stay. Because of this, I didn't get enough sleep. If this is corrected the hotel will be 10/10

All the staffs, especially the breakfast crews, are amazing! The staffs are well trained and professional, comparable to a 5 star hotel. The location is good, it is actually walkable to the center and it is a nice walk on the beach way when the weather is nice. You can also order grab to go anywhere for a very cheap price. The hotel is new and clean. The only recommendation is they should keep the hallway window opened for fresh air because some guests brought durian into the hotel and the smell stays for a while. Do not trust taxi/grab for restaurant recommends, we got scammed!

Amazing stuff. Everyone was helpful. But special shout out to the Restaurant manager. He was so amazing with us throughout our stay. He always helped us with everything. Maybe the food choices weren’t the best but he made absolutely fine with his kindness and professionalism. We appreciate all the with baby. You and your team were absolutely fabulous. You should be a very proud manager and human being, working together with your team. He should be the manager of the whole establishment. Thank you again for everything!!

The rooms were lovely and clean, bathroom was great. Staff were lovely, location was easily accessible to the beach and a short walk to more restaurants.

Some other guests thought that shouting in the corridor each night at 11pm was acceptable and slamming doors, then again making the same noise early in the morning affecting sleep (not the hotels fault as such) Housekeeping come to clean rooms very early so we didn’t get our room cleaned as we were still using it

Great view. Very close to the beach. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. They made the room up for us particularly nice for our anniversary which was really thoughtful.

It would have been a bit of a struggle to get to around without a bike or buying cabs, although with grab it is really cheap. There is a steam room/sauna but you need to turn it on 10 mins before using and there is no Spa, massage or wellness facilities despite being listed. Also the breakfast was only Vietnamese food and not good for vegetarians.
