The room itself was great, with a large amount of storage space and an area to do hair/make-up which is always appreciated. The breakfast was good and varied. The staff were helpful, and when we were leaving they kindly arranged a taxi that was cheaper than on the Grab app. The pool area was lovely with a great view. There was a very limited bar there however in terms of both drinks and service. The only other downside was that there was a strange, unpleasant smell in the corridor before our room. Thankfully though, the smell wasn’t present in the room itself.

I had a great stay in one of the sea view rooms on the 18th floor! The room was clean and comfortable and had a balcony with a nice panoramic view over the sea and the Vinpearl Park. They have a nice swimming pool which is big enough to swim and a little gym for some workout. The staff is friendly and they help you if you ask for things. Especially the man who occupies the front door is absolutely friendly. The hotel beach is nice and clean to. You just have to cross the street and you arrive at a less crowded beach. They offer beach towels at the lobby.

It’s just a little thing: Sometimes there is no staff at the pool, so there is no possibility to get a pool towel.

Very comfortable beds, modern rooms and great views of the sea - you could hear the waves crashing onto the beach at night. After visiting HCM we loved the laid back feeling on Nha Trang. The hotel is on the quieter side of the city (which I liked) but easily walkable to the centre which has great restaurants and spas (try Su Spa). Also loved the I-resort. The staff were nice and whilst not all spoke a lot of English they tried.

As others noted due to a design flaw the bathroom floods after each shower and the window between the bathroom and bedroom is odd but our bathroom had a blind so it was fine. I really wouldn’t bother with the hotel spa - my massage was a complete waste of time and money.

I asked for a higher floor because we booked for 5 nights, this was granted which I'm the reception staff grateful for. Very nice sea view from the first line on the 17th floor. Room was OK. Location is OK if you have a motorbike, if you use only Grab, stay closer to the center, it'll save you some time & fees. Breakfast is OK but if you have dietary restrictions like us it falls short, but then again the whole world is geared on meat, eggs, dairy products, fats & cheap cancerous vegetable oils... especially in non-Western destinations.

Noise pollution on our 1st 2 nights! The Night Market right in front + some kind of very loud "non-music" thing ongoing next to it, it was really annoying! I can't grasp anyone to even visit such a pathetic sound event! LUCKILY for the remaining 3 nights they moved away, that was a big relief! And then in the morning as others reported; the morning gymnastic people wakes you up too... When they have woken everybody up, they pack up and continue their lives...

Breakfast is very good, there are many choices, international and local food. Salads, serials, yogurt, rice, curry, breads, fruits, etc. Room has big glass door open to balcony that provide beautiful sea view, and Vinpearl island scenery at night time. Hotel location is good, there are many seafood restaurants and famous local Vietnamese restaurants surrounding as walking distance.

Coffee, in breakfast buffet, is not good taste.

The hotel is located perfectly for exploring and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helped us in many ways. In particular we would like to thank Phuong at reception for her lovely manner and going all out to make our stay a treasured memory. Phuong is a valuable asset as the personal content and interaction with Vietnamese people is important to us. The breakfast is comprehensive, of high quality and caters for westerners, many hotels dont. A nice touch was providing beach towels and umbrella shade on the beach. This was greatly appreciated. We will be returning, we already have plans for doing so.

Nothing, we stayed twice with a break to Dalat for a few days.

Staff were incredibly helpful. I injured my back and was unable to walk. The hotel provided a taxi driver and wheelchair for me until I managed to get medical help. The room was spacious, with a balcony and clear sea view, just 50 metres from the beach. Excellent breakfast choice. Very good value for money (only £34 a night for the deal I was offered!)

Nothing really, except there were no really good dining options in this locality and it was better to get a taxi into the city centre for choice.

Location a bit aside but much calmer thanks to this. Not far to city center, beach bars within few minutes of walking distance Hotel is new and very clean with excellent breakfasts. Sea view of my room perfect! Last but most important is staff. Very nice and professional, doing everything for you to feel comfortable and happy. I need to come back to Vietnam, to the very amazing hotel!

We had the Sea View room, and we had a astonishing view from the 19th floor. Staff was very welcoming, especially the receptionist „My“ who helped us out several times with her skilled, structured and reliant manner of work.(She supported us even on her day off). Room is quite comfy. Beds are clean. Only the bathroom‘s shower could use some renewal. Thou that is not so bad at all. We definitely would come back. One of our best stays in Vietnam.

You can’t shower without having water everywhere in the bathroom.

Amazing seaview from the big balcony. We were on 8th floor. Two comfortable armchairs inside with table, also garden set and table outside on the balcony. Comfy beds and bathroom. Situated in a more quiet part of the 6 km long promenade, Nice swimmingpool on 4 th floorl, partly open with seaview. Very good breakfast buffet witch choice for everyone's taste.
