Beach view is nice although doesn’t exist like in the pictures. High floors available for less noise and no mosquitoes, nice to open window for fresh air at night. Shower has good pressure and temperature. There is breakfast available. Good bang for your buck.

Wifi was a bit slow and disconnected often. When it is very windy it can get very loud as there is air getting through the balcony door. But most of the time no problem.

There are a lot of negative reviews, but in my experience I didn't see any of the negative aspects mentioned here. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were always smiling, and it was a very comfortable stay for me.

I stayed for 8 nights, but the coffee at breakfast became weak halfway through and the Vietnamese feel was diluted, which was disappointing. The shower head was broken and caused a huge leak during shower.

The Crown Hotel is perfectly located a very short walk to the beach. It's surrounded by Restaurants and cafes. Breakfasts where included so it gave us a great start for a day of site seeing and other activities. The staff were wonderful and even the maintenance Tech was a good hand ,our A/C played up and he had it sorted very quickly.

Very good location. The room is clean & very quiet place. It's a beach front Hotel & 3 minutes to the beach side.

I choose this hotel because of good location & sea view. But to my disappointment the full view of the whole stretch of the sea view as what you have seen on their photos has been blocked by the 3 tall hotels on the left handside. They still used the old photos to lure the prospective tourist. They should update their new photos according to the views one can get when inside the hotel.

Lived here for a whole month. Perfect stay! •Gave me a higher floor ‘cause I asked them to. •Cleaning every day. Good cleaning! I mean they made up the bed, dusted the furniture, cleaned the floor and bathroom, even used some freshener for a nice smell. •No one’s ever bothered me. •No mold, no bad smell, no insects.

Not a big deal, but the view is a bit worse than I expected. Just because there are new hotels right in front of you — they don’t let you enjoy sea view if you look straight. But you still can see the sea on the right side.

Great location. Incredible views from the pool on floor 21, perfect for a very hot day as its cool. Beach views from the balcony which was lovely. Comfortable bed.

You can tell the pool isn't used very much and is in need of some maintenance, but this does not affect the use & the views make up for it! We headed to the restaurant to find this was not in use, and seemed it had not been in use for a while. Luckily there are lots of places to eat close by.

I found the staff to be very friendly, language is a barrier but a smile speaks all languages. If you are friendly to them they will reciprocate it. There was only one young boy that didn't seem like he wanted to be there. They held my room on a daily basis which was wonderful as my husband was in ICU at Vinmec.

A toaster at breakfast would have been great.

The swimming pool and ease of access to and from the city. Restaurants nearby were great. The room was very affordable and spacious.

Staff need to be more active in helping their customers. Buffet for a 4 star hotel could be a bit better in taste wise.

really nice view from the room. right next to the beach(3min walk) clean and modern room. pool is clean as well. room has also small balcony. AC working very well. however everything in the room was perfect

the breakfast, it is sooooo untasty and really few normal options what you can eat from this buffet. some of the staff employies, don’t speak english what can come to few conversation problems. fitness studio is really poorly stocked.

The dining room staff could not do enough for me. The hotel is almost on the beach. The room was comfortable and I had a small balcony overlooking the sea.

Apart from the pillows being very plump, giving me a crick in the neck, I could not fault anything
