This hotel was really good value for money, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were generous and clean. I booked here when I broke my foot in Nha Trang and needed somewhere accessible while I recuperated. From the get go the staff were there to help, even finding me a wheelchair to help me move around a little better. The room was large, good quality and had a nice balcony overlooking the water. It is very much out of the city and off the beaten track in a hotel slash industrial estate area - it was very quiet while I was there and clearly a base for people who are out most of the time. Ideal if you are also planning to do that, but a bit ghost town for someone hanging around the place. The pool is lovely and a nice size and the staff were extra helpful supporting me to set up a little area there where I could sit in my wheelchair gazing longingly at the water. Overall, good quality with some of the most helpful staff but I'd probably personally prefer something a bit more lively!

There were a few things that are listed as available that just weren't - so, the restaurant is actually only serving breakfast and is then totally shut down for the rest of the day, so if you want food you need to go out and get it or get a grab delivery. Water is provided in the room but if you ask for anymore at reception it is treated almost totally separately and you need to buy more with cash at a vending machine in the reception area. The spa was also just not open. It makes sense if thing scale back out of season but really guests should be informed of some of these things either on booking or at check-in.

The hotel is so clean with very new facilities, the location is a bit far from the center (~4km) but if you travel by motorbike or taxi, it shouldn't be a problem. The location is so nice, very quite, very suitable if u don't like the hustle in the city center. The surroundings have some good brunch and Japanese restaurants. Staff is so welcoming, friendly and helpful, the man in the reception (sorry I forgot your name) was so supportive, he knows lots of good place to eat from local to Western and Jp food. We received a free upgrade for our stay ❤️ the room is so spacious, modern.

The wifi is a bit low, be careful if u have any important online meetings (mine was an interview) then I needed to use my own network. The TV if possible pls make it work 😂 but I did not go on holidays for a nice TV so it's acceptable

Nothing. We did not want to stay in town so this place suited us perfectly. So quiet it was fantastic !!! And if we wanted to go into town cheap grab ride

The property is beautiful. Our room was very spacey, and the bed was comfortable. To be honest, I rarely have good experience with hotel pillow, but the pillows here were amazing.

The location is a bit further away from the centre but I guess it has its perks (quiet and all). I was travelling for work and only stayed one night so that wasn't an issue.

A newer hotel in a quiet neighborhood south of the city. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the king bed was perfect. Staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to help with requests.

luckily, the center of Nha Trang was a short taxi ride away and the staff was helpful in ordering taxis and explaining to drivers where we wished to go.

Tiêu đề: Peaceful and Relaxing A comfortable stay. The hotel is located in a very poetic and peaceful seaside villa area. Friendly staff, my favorite is the swimming pool here. There are up to 2 swimming pools for children and adults. I'm sure my feet will come back here.

I like the quietness at ORBIT, the space is cool and comfortable, the staff is very enthusiastic and happy, dedicated to helping customers.
