We stayed at the hotel for one week (7 nights) in total. The location directly at the white sandy beach absolutely is phenomenal. The room (sea view) we booked was fully equipped and modern (newly constructed). The hotel offers its own restaurant where one can order meals throughout the day (only breakfast was included with us). For lunch and dinner the same menu for both lunch and dinner is used, which lacks diversity and options that are “a bit more special” than just your standard sea-food dish or burger. More european-style dishes are not convincing/lack some “passion”. The spa and massages are highly recommended and offer extremely good value-for-money. The fitness room is modern and almost always empty (at least during our stay), which makes it a perfect alternative to another hour at the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful, at least the part that is directly in front of the hotel is kept clean very well and also offers sun-beds and towels free-of-charge. Should one wish to go for a nice walk along the beach, one might due to the large amounts of trash laying around, consider taking up a job as a garbage-collector, which is very sad, but not under control of the hotel. In the direct vicinity of the hotel there is nothing to do, nor are there any recommendations from the hotel what might be worth visiting. Of course, if one solely comes for relaxing, this is not a big deal. All in all, the hotel is perfect for “beach-lovers” seeking peace and quietness without having too high expectations of services beyond a comfortable hotel room, since the accommodation itself (room, beds, equipment) is wonderful

The hotel seems to be very much aimed at local tourists. English is barely understood by the personnel, which led to multiple mix-ups when ordering, but also with personnel (cleaning and filling-up the minibar) with the dnd-sign turned on. The personnel tries very hard to offer a good service, but seems to lack proper coaching and clear instructions. Service-wise there is a huge untapped potential.

The first hotel in Vietnam that at least trying to be eco-friendly and use the three R's rule (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle). It's all in the details, just notice them! We used our tooth brushes from recycled plastic and took em with us to continue using it. In general very satisfied with the service, cleanliness, comfort level (mattress is heaven), breakfast buffet, the view from the pool. You can check out the street cafes for dinner just across the entrance (cheap and delicious seafood).

I only suggest to double-check your bill when order smth by the pool. And be aware of sand flies on the beach.

Our stay was great, we were fully satisfied and we will be happy to visit again. The Panoramic Deluxe Ocean View room where we stayed was amazing. We used the spa daily and every day we enjoyed variety of massages and facials offered at very good prices. The pool was great for swimming and right on the beach, which was also wonderful. Staff was very kind and attentive, if we needed anything it was enough to ask.

Quiet location by the sea. Spacious room with great sea view. Lush gardens and wonderful pool. Breakfast was good quality and enough choice. As it was low season got to know some of the staff which made it feel like family. Staff always smiling and so helpful, especially Vy from reception. Had some wonderful massages too.

- In the last day we stayed, the door alarm of the room next to us was malfunction during the night and kept us awoke. We called the technician to help but it could not be resolved until the morning.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel , beautiful grounds, clean property , beach is beautiful and breakfast options are endless ! Will be back for sure . The only thing it is quite far from the city centre of Nha Trang about 1hr 15 min drive , but totally worse it ! Thank you guys !

Everything was great. Room, breakfest, beach, internet connection, staff- all is perfect. We are fully satisfied and would definately stay at the hotel next time. Very friendly personnel, I like complimentary cookies and fruits delivered to the room every evening.
