Our stay at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay was simply magical — a true paradise that exceeded all expectations. From the breathtaking natural surroundings to the seamless blend of luxury and sustainability, everything was curated to perfection. Special thanks to Ms. Theo, our wonderful GEM (Guest Experience Maker), who went above and beyond to take care of every detail throughout our stay. Her attentiveness, warmth, and ability to anticipate our needs made us feel truly special and completely at ease. She was always available, kind, and thoughtful — an absolute star. Also, heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Hoa, the lovely host at the restaurant, whose welcoming smile and professional care made every meal a joy. She made us feel right at home, and her grace and hospitality left a lasting impression. The villa was stunning — private, beautifully designed, and immersed in nature. The food was exceptional, with fresh, vibrant flavors and plenty of variety. The spa and wellness offerings were world-class, and the overall atmosphere was serene and rejuvenating. Truly one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. We left feeling grateful, rested, and already dreaming of our return.

From the moment you step foot into the resort life is wonderful. The rooms were impeccable, staff amazing, food incredible. There is not one thing you could possibly need that has not already been thought of by the resort and organised by staff. Service and facilities perfect. Greg, DD, Tim, Front Office Manager, Trang were the most friendly management team I have ever experience and it flows through the resort to all that work there. Incredible work.

Not one thing. I can think of nothing where they fell short.

The staff was incredible - as was the property itself! Absolutely beautiful setting. Especially stunning is the view from the beach bar near the dock, which is the center of the resort (I highly recommend the Pho drink that was suggested by the GM). Also, the spa was wonderful. Some of the best massages I have ever had. So much positive energy and overall vibes from both the surroundings and the staff. We felt grateful throughout our stay. It was truly magical. Particular kudos to Tri (our magnificent personal concierge and overall "soul"), the GM and assistant GM in training, and our spa team.

The food was surprisingly not up to par with the rest of the experience. While the morning breakfast was excellent, the dinner menu and food preparation/taste did not live up to expectations. Otherwise, we would have rated the overall experience a 10. But the overall experience was still unforgettable, and the overall restaurant team itself was wonderful and always tried to please.

I wish staff was a bit more knowledgable about resort activities and tried to match those with our interests vs. just signing up for whatever activities had extra charges for.

A superb retreat in a stunning setting. Great attention to detail and excellent service and food . Lots of activities as well as beach time.

the staff is very good, providing an excellent service. the location is great, with a very untouched nature and beautiful beach. we also appreciated the environment friendly policy of the hotel.

sometimes, you can hear the boats until quite late (10pm) so if you are a light sleeper, it is not very pleasant.

Staff are fantastic and it is extra special service having GEM who looks after you during your stay. Rooms are large and very clean with everything you need and serviced twice daily. The Bay is very beautiful for swimming.
