Lovely resort with beautiful garden and pool areas, and direct access to the beach. The hotel is surrounded by many good restaurants or you can opt to eat it. Our large deluxe double room was well equipped (two bottles of water, tea, coffee). It had a very spacious bathroom and deck chairs on the terrace. We enjoyed a relaxing stay there. The swimming pool areas are nice, towels are provided and can be exchanged easily. Personnel is friendly, well organized and offers professional service. Check-in and check-out was easy. Breakfast was excellent with ample choice of breads, fruits, sweet and salty items (hot buffet and freshly made eggs or pho on the go). Grateful for the mosquito net in the room.

Bed was slightly too hard for me. Spa quite expensive, we did not make use of it.

The resort was so, so beautiful it was like going to heaven. The spa was incredible and luxurious, I had two treatments and both were amazing (but the water lily massage changed my life!). The breakfast buffet was nice. The staff, and I cannot stress this enough, were all incredibly kind, helpful and sincere. I was very impressed by the customer service.

Unfortunately, the room I was in had a slight sewage smell the whole time. They also hosted a meditation event on the last two days that took place right in front of my balcony and woke me up at 7am with loud speakers. I must say as well that unfortunately at times it seemed that the resort was trying to get as much money from me as possible - for example a shuttle from the train station was quoted for about 1 million VND for a 20 minute ride that was 200,000 on grab.

Outside there are several decent places (Ganesh (Indian), Good morning Vietnam (Italian), Sandals (stylish, expensive, modern, great sea view, good choice of beers and liquor).

Maybe, music in the restaurant could be a bit more versatile.

Take into account that food proportions are huge. And be aware the ocean can be very rough. The hotel tries to deal with this by putting up sand barriers

- we were in love with the beautiful property. it was so calming and relaxing to be surrounded by all the lush greenery. - 2 pools means that there's always an opportunity to find empty sunbeds - very kind and helpful staff - we really enjoyed the cooking class offered for an additional fee by the hotel - the hotel is well located and has many restaurants and cafes nearby - clean private beach (didn't seem to be common with many hotels in the area)

- breakfast selection was a bit underwhelming. although both western and vietnamese options were provided, not many of them looked particularly appealing. - any additional activities or amenities like spa, yoga, laundry were insanely expensive. - large bed but it was 2 mattresses pushed together with no attempt to conceal the gap. the pillows were pretty uncomfy too

Hands down best accomodation in Vietnam for us!! The gardens are beautiful, the staff very attentive.

When we pulled in they are renovating the front entrance and we were concerned it was going to be like a construction site everywhere. Don’t be alarmed it’s fine. They are actually proactive with keeping it looking lovely.

A really relaxing and lovely setting. The breakfast at the restaurant is right at the beach - fantastic food choice and setting. It’s busy with people but always seemed quiet, especially at night and just what we wanted at the end of our 3 weeks in Vietnam. We spent 3 nights which was perfect. The loungers on our balcony, at the pool and on the beach were very comfy. The room was fairly basic and shower was in the bath but the toiletries were really nice and aircon good. Beach towels are provided and can be swapped. The upkeep of the gardens and resort is very good. Direct access to the beach is a plus. The main entrance is on the road with lots of great restaurants, supermarkets, coffee and laundry available opposite the entrance and on the street especially if you turn right out of the hotel. We only ate breakfast at the hotel. We arranged our transfer back to the airport with the travel company across the road. It’s a long way and you have to back into HCMC but it worked well. Lovely team at reception who kindly let us keep our room for one extra hour before checking out. It meant we still had time to go to the beach and have a shower

Shower in the bath with fluctuating temperature and shower head not great. Price of laundry was very high, so went across the road for same day service at a faction of the price. Found the massage prices high as well.

I love their services, foods, location, decorations, and staffs. Staffs are friendly and helpful . The environment bring a peaceful feeling to visitors, it is a perfect place for relaxing and staying closely with nature. I love morning buffets, a lot of good foods. That is my favorite. Nice location to watch sunrise on the beach

Only thing I didn't like when being asked to rate for their services so many times during I stay, that made me feel annoyed and obligated a bit. I love their place so much I will come back if possible. In my opinion, reviews should be done voluntarily. I hope it should be changed that make the place more perfect

I really love the gardens and ambiance of the resort. It shows the high quality of caring. The room is value for money with good room services. All the staff are nice, they are very helpful in supporting organize my son's birthday. My whole family really love the experience at the resort, especially grandparents & all the kids.

The booking with my credit cards got lots of complication with the booking staff that require cash transfering but it's just small matter, not big deal.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. The pillows were awesome :) The resort is beautiful, lush greenery and well maintained. The pool and beach were clean, the staff is nice and the hôtel restaurant is nice besides the beach. The hotel spa is also very nice, i got a 4 hands massage which was awesome. We loved our stay !!

The pool towel system is a bit weird, you have to take your pool towel back to your room and bring back the next day. It can be exchanged then for a new one. It would be easier to put all the wet towels in a bin for wash overnight.
