5 star for location. Very near and 5 minutes walkable distance to the Duong Dong big markets and rows of shops and eateries. Bus stop to free Vinbus services no.s 17 n 19 nearby. Queen size bed for 6 of us with 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning is excellent. Very nice quiet rooms as hotel was situated at slightly elevated level and yet near main road access (D Tran Hung Dao). The pool is open from 6 am to 10 pm and is not crowded. It was beautifully maintained with good filtration and very clean; it was really very nice to have a good swim after a hot day . Staff were prompt to requests. Free and good a la carte breakfast with varied menu. Will stay here again next time .

Resort a bit old

Beautiful pool and amazing breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient to the night market and getting around.

The sign on the main road at the beginning of the alley really needs to be done nicer. The taxi dropped us there and seeing the run down side and a sketchy looking alley made me want to turn around and leave.

Suncosy Central Resport is the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Phu Quoc. They have everything you need (comfortable room, daily water coffee provided, delicious breakfast included, and a brilliant swimming pool). All of that, and the best staff ypu could ask for, they really couldn't do enough for us and eve went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as possible, including making my daughters Birthday providing a cake and candle and singing for her. It is close to amenities and beaches without being too noisy, so even the location was pretty perfect. Ourselves from room 121 would like to say special thanks to Phuong Tuyet, Sam, Viet, Phuong, Hoa, Hien. If any of these lovely people are working when you visit, you know it will be a special one.

The staff were amazing, friendly and attentive to my needs. The room was cleaned each day with new bed sheets and towels on offer. The breakfast was great with plenty to choose from and included fruits, coffee, tea and fruit juices. Wifi was fast and never had issues which was important as I was working. I arrange a speedboat and snorkeling excursion from the hotel and it was awesome. The location is great, close to the night market so you'll never starve. I cannot rate Suncosy high enough, definitely a 10/10 stay and I cannot wait to return

Very nice pool area, which is good as it is quite far from a good beach. A little walking distance to the Main Street, but very close to the night market. The staff is friendly but you might need google translate. We did not get the breakfast buffet as we thought, but they had a fixed menu you could chose from.

One of the staff in the restaurant that give cooking courses seemed a little annoyed when we asked questions, but don’t know if it was due to the language barrier.

I liked the property it was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Had a problem conversing with the staff but again once they understood they went out of their way to help

Had an issue with the AC in the room. Which I got to the notice of the reception and they immediately changed the room for us

Staff were great! 👍 Pool was great. Breakfasts were great choice and freshly made and quick to arrive too. Location was excellent but don’t just eat in the night market. Superb restaurant just up the street and on the other side of street. Not sure of the name but looked at Google reviews.

Electric sockets weren’t good. Could plug in chargers which were locally purchased and fitted everywhere else we’ve been.

Fantastic pool great location near night market, shops, free shuttle bus, ATMs, restaurants. Breakfast is wonderful. Five different menus each with two or three choices, different menu rotated each day. Delicious fresh fruit each day. Servers very friendly. Nice landscaped grounds kept clean every day.

Need more lounge chairs at pool.

The pool area was cozy, clean and relaxed. Our hostess, Phuong, was so nice and very helpful with tours and tips. She even unpromptedly got our money back, when we accidentally overpaid for a tour. All other employees were always smiling and forthcoming. Resort is close to the beach and the night market.

WiFi a bit inconsistent in some areas. Breakfast buffet was very tasty, but could benefit from some hotplates to keep certain items warm.
