It is a family run villa - beautiful property and people. It's about 10 minutes away from the centre, but I never had to wait for more than 3 to 5 minutes for a grab. The trade-off is that you're in a quiet , peaceful neighbourhood. The breakfast is made to order, but they have an elaborate menu and is home made! They helped me with the tours and guided me (I was travelling solo). Id definitely return with my family and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had a very pleasant stay, and it was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of HCMC. The staff here were very nice, the manager upgraded my room after the first day which was so much appreciated. My original room was like a converted attic space with a little kitchenette, and the windows were so high that you can only see the sky. Especially considering I had a lot of work to do on my laptop and was so hot outside. They moved me to a spacious room one floor down, which was so much more comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy and functional, including aircon all working well. It's a quiet area except for one dog that does one bark all through the night. I'm convinced someone was playing a recording on repeat. The occasional large truck driving by the main road but otherwise a very peaceful place. There's no restaurant, and they bring breakfast in. Grab food is easily accessible and there's shops around if you go for a walk. Or grab to a restaurant. It's pretty easy to sort out. Oh, there is no lift and only one tiny lady on night duty. So if you arrive late and have heavy bags, be prepared to haul them up if you're not on the ground floor. Fortunately, there are only 2 upper floors, so it's not that bad.

I wish I had more time to stay here. This villa, which is not near the center of the town, feels tastefully secluded offering some quietness from the noise of the city - taxi prices are very cheap but walking is also pleasant (also note that the imperial tombs are more accessible from this part of the city). With a large garden where you can have your breakfast while listening to the birds singing to the very impressive artwork scattered around the villa this place feels like an oasis from the past. Service is also top notch. The breakfast is not buffet style but every choice we made was really good along with the excellent coffee. Although we only stayed two days staff replenished us with new towels and bottles of water and lastly booked us tickets to Hoi An. This was also the first place in Vietnam I stumble where they don't charge an extra 3% charge for card payment. Overall a great place full of an understated and quiet taste.

I am immensely grateful to Thảo, Thủy, Đào, and Ý for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. They consistently went above and beyond to cater to my needs and were always eager to provide assistance. In fact, they helped me book tickets for a boat ride on the Hương River, which included a remarkable performance of traditional music - an experience I highly recommend. The hotel facilities were very good. One notable highlight was the option to pre-order breakfast from a diverse menu, allowing guests to choose the time and have their breakfast served in an open-air courtyard. The experience was delightful and added to the overall charm of the hotel. Spring Garden Villa is conveniently located, offering easy access to various attractions and public transportation. I found the area to be tranquil and peaceful, without any notable noise disruptions. Considering the outstanding service, remarkable facilities, and overall experience, Spring Garden Villa undoubtedly provides exceptional value for money. The rates are very reasonable and justified by the quality of service and amenities offered.

Beautiful building, big and very clean rooms, working AC. Breakfast included and very tasty, you can enjoy it outside on the terrace. EXTREMELY friendly and lovely staff! They helped us book a bus to our next destination with pick-up directly from the hotel and drop off at the next one (for a very good price). Laundry service available and scooters for rent (quick 10 min ride to the city centre). We really enjoyed our stay and even extended one night. Would come again, excellent value for money!

A little far from the centre but easily accessible by scooter or grab.

We liked the airport shuttle and flexible check in (we arrived late at night around 1AM). It was convenient we could have our laundry done and we enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. They had a very reasonal price for a private room with double bed!

Bed was too hard for us and we had the feeling that the room felt humid but this of course might be due to the weather rather than the fault of hotel.

It's a beautiful and spacious property and the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make your visit more comfortable. They helped us with our transport in and out of Hue, with quick meals when we were running late and even helped us with impromptu money exchange.

Unfortunately there seemed to be some issue with the voltage at night due to which the Air Conditioner stopped working for a couple of hours.

The room with the balcony was a fabulous size. The breakfast was perfectly satisfactory. The staff were all very helpful. The hotel was a little bit far away from Hue center but perfectly accessible by grab or scooter. The bed was large and very comfortable.

The towels were very small and very thin. Pretty poor quality unfortunately. I asked for more in order to dry my hair and body properly. They were given willingly

Spacious and luxurious room. The Spring Garden is a beautiful property. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, They arranged day trips to the DMZ and other sites that were excellent and fairly priced. The breakfasts were well prepared with generous portions.

Perfect location for exploring Hue and surrounding areas. Hassle-free and cheap access to the center. At the same time, a great place to go to explore the surrounding area. Motorbikes available for rent from the hosts. The rooms were clean, nice and well-equipped. Small but very nice and well-kept gardens next to the terrace and in front of the building. Nice service. WiFi works well.
