Very nice hotel, friendly and efficient staff, fantastic breakfast, really good spa services. We were surprised at how lovely it was for the price we paid. The weather was cold when we were there which was a shame as the pool looked nice. Close to the Imperial City, but you have to take a (cheap) Grab to get to the areas with more restaurants. There are lots of coffee places nearby. Because everything was closed for Tet we ate dinner in the hotel, very nice.

I booked a rate that included free airport transfer, but when I tried to arrange it was told it did not cover Da Nang airport. The staff arranged inhouse services for me to compensate. We could occasionally hear the karaoke from across the river, but that was during the day, thank goodness.

Beautiful hotel with lovely decor and very comfortable rooms and facilities. Found all the staff extremely helpful and the breakfast had a vast selection of both European and Asian foods. The Location was excellent for us with lots of things around within walking distance and short taxi rides to main attractions. Lovely pool area and had really good spa treatment while there.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but the bed was perhaps a bit firmer than what we used to this is a personal preference and very hard for a hotel to keep everybody happy on this front!

This hotel is beautiful for the price you pay. The pool is lovely, but it’s quite cold!!! It's not heated at all. The room we had was renovated, but we had the chance to walk through the hallway and see other rooms that weren't. So, when you book, I recommend asking if your room has been renovated. The service was excellent, and the location is great. A great highlight, especially when traveling with children, is that with certain packages they offer, they provide the option to wear traditional costumes during your stay. Our kids loved being in a room full of traditional costumes and having the chance to choose one to wear Since we were only passing through Hué, we only stayed one night, but we were happy with the hotel.

The pool was extremely cold—honestly, you really need to be brave to get in! Additionally, in some areas, there was a strong smell of dampness, especially in the elevators. It's a real shame because the public areas are absolutely beautiful.

The location of this hotel is perfect because you can walk about two blocks from the train to the hotel. I breakfast was great and the staff in the restaurant, gym, pool were excellent.

The spa staff do not know what they are doing and the front desk staff are patronizing and do not really address issues. The overall command of the English language of the staff is elementary at best and they not their heads yes to everything but do not have a clue what you are saying. I addressed some items with the spa, men's locker room, and also the gym and they acknowledged these concerns but did not do anything to address the issues. It was almost like a patronizing tone without any real action behind the suggestions. I recommended items to them regarding cleanliness and major risk factors in the spa area and locker room.

Beautiful Hotel a few minutes walk from Train Station. Great facilities- outdoor pool temperature was very pleasant. Nice restaurants onside- we had lunch & dinner there and both very good but is more expensive than restaurants in centre of Hue but still reasonable by European standards. We booked a driver through Get Your Guide who brought us to 3 of the main temples & Celestial Lady Pagoda afternoon we arrived. We bought a combo ticket at 1st temple which covered all the temples and Imperial City which we visited next morning via Grab taxi. Breakfast was excellent with great variety to suit everyone.We only stayed one night so didn't use all the Hotel facilities. Would highly recommend this Hotel

Everything! All the staff were extremely lovely and very helpful/efficient! The rooms, grounds, and facilities (sauna, steam room, gym, and outdoor pool) were exceptional and spacious, and I very much enjoyed our stay. I loved the egg station at breakfast, and you were spoilt for choice with the provided food range.

The non-existent soundproofing within the hotel. While I could not hear the city noise, I heard my neighbours. And while not a dislike - the shower over bath - getting in and out may be difficult if you have any mobility/flexibility issues.

This place is superb! - an extremely luxurious and opulent establishment. The staff bend over backwards to make you feel welcome and help you. They offer a fantastic complimentary sauna and steam room which we took advantage of and it was amazingly clean and very well. The rooms are very well designed and the bed was very comfortable and the whole experience from start to finish was beautiful and seamless. In addition to all of this, they also offer a complimentary traditional costume depending on which room package you get and took advantage of these amazing costumes and had fun photographing ourselves in traditional costumes. - the breakfast is probably the largest breakfast in the whole of Vietnam with so much choice it's incredible. The restaurant itself offers a fabulous mix of both eastern and Western menu items. Try the four cheese pizza that's just out of control. Amazing!. Upon arriving in our rooms, there were also complementary welcome biscuits which were very delicious.

It's so refreshing to have nothing to put into this box.

Everything about the property was fantastic, the rooms are a good size, the bed was large and very comfortable, the bathroom was well stocked with anything you might need. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The pool and outside area are immaculate. The restaurant offered a good choice of food and we enjoyed our evening meal and the included breakfast which was varied. We also had lunch by the pool which was delivered quickly and delicious! The staff were all amazing, friendly and very helpful and you feel that nothing is too much trouble for them. It was a wonderful few days and if we ever get back to Hue we will definitely stay again

There is nothing to dislike at all

I wanted to share with you about my recent travel experience with my family of three, including our little one. The accommodation we stayed in was truly phenomenal - it exceeded all our expectations based on the description provided in the listing. The location was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily explore the area. And do not miss their breakfirst. There are so much option and the really good ( trust me I am Vietnamese ) The rooms were spacious and extremely well-maintained. Every corner of the hotel was spotless, from the bathroom to the bedroom and living room. It honestly felt like a step up from most apartments we have stayed in back in the US. Moreover, the host was exceptionally kind and accommodating. They were always available to assist with anything we needed, just a quick phone call away. It truly made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. For what we paid for per night. I think it's worth so much more. We went to 11 different hotels during our trip to Vietnam and, this is the best one if you break it down to the penny. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and welcoming accommodations

Outstanding hotel. Location, service, rooms, pool, spa etc. This really is a quality hotel. We're in a delightful shock at the wonderful way we've been treated here. from the minute we were picked up by Trung at the airport to our departure, the experience has been absolutely sublime. I'm running out of words. Currently being transported to Hoi An by Viet in the hotels mini bus. Just the two of us on board!! Ngoc helped us with all our planning and gave us some quality recommendations. Caring patient service. Thank you Ngoc. And thanks to Trung again for teaching us how to say Hue correctly!! The Viet people are the smiliest, friendliest, genuine folk we've ever met and the guys at this hotel are a shining example of that. If ever you go to Hue, you must stay here...and this review has not been made because people have asked me to. Its sent out there as a genuine thank you to the team at silk path!
