Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room we had (726) was spacious with a nice corner balcony. The beds were very comfortable with nice soft clean linen. The bathroom had a very good shower and fully met our needs. Breakfast was more than adequate with a range of choices including, fruit cereal and hot foods. The central courtyard and pool was very pretty and inviting especially when lit at night. The staff were extremely welcoming, courteous and polite and nothing was ever too much trouble. We also ate dinner in the hotels Spice Viet restaurant and the food was delicious, with a good selection and not overpriced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location, many restaurants within easy walking distance and very close to the Imperial City (quick ride by taxi). Spacious pool area. Rooms were reasonably sized. The staff were very attentive and happy to help whenever needed. The hotel-owned restaurant (Spice Viet) was lovely, offering a delicious and wide range of food.

The breakfast service was disappointing, with limited options to choose from. Sometimes, there was a noticeable smell from the plumbing in the family room when the shower was turned on, but easy to ignore. The city view was not from the hotel room, but instead through a window in the corridor outside (seen in photo below).

My plus was that this property offered restaurant dining right next to the pool. This meant, I could sit and relax while watching my children swim. Shallow to deep pool. Dining so close - I could stand up and dip my foot in the pool. Prob my fav room in my 2.5 week stay. Spacious for two adults and two boys aged 10 yrs. Clean, air con top notch. Staff were awesome, one of 4 accom customer service during our Vietnam stay in several cities. Hotel restaurant offers western/Vietnamese and is REALLY GOOD food. Highly recommend this property for families. Located close to amenities, walking or grab easy. 10 mins from train station, close to airport. If I was back in Hue, this is where I would stay.

Rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable. Location is about 7-8 mins walk to the Riverside. Staff, Food and ambience of the main restaurant - Spice Viet was amazing.

Reception staff were inexperienced and struggled with basic English but were pleasantly helpful without their life experience. Kids that runs the reception is slow and forgot to hand back my credit card whilst I was interrupted by senior lady who was only interested in getting better ratings - she was just annoying!

Overall is greats. Not far from the center. Staff are friendly and always welcome you with a warm smile. Recommend Spice Viet restaurant. I stayed at Emm Hotel Hoi An and Emm Hotel Hue. Always be impressed with their hospitality.

Breakfast is tasty but not variety & boring, i stayed 4D3N. Breakfast was same everyday. No change at all @.@ you might enjoy it for 1st-2nd day but from the 3rd day onward is…. I can understand since there are many groups/ tours stay there.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were a good size with very large comfortable beds. The highlight of the hotel was the beautifully designed pool area with plenty of greenery and adjoining restaurant and bar. The restaurant served some of the best food we’ve had in Vietnam at reasonable prices. The hotel is also well-located at about 10 minutes walk from the river and 30 minutes walk from the Royal citadel.

Hotel is clean , beds are comfortable and staff were very helpful. Staff arranged a driver for us to go to the pagoda, Minh Man tomb and Imperial citadel . The same driver drove us via the Hai Van Pass to DaNang . There are ATMs close by and lots of local coffee shops . The night walking street is a short taxi ride away . The pool is great and was a welcome relief from the 42c heat. Good breakfast and nice restaurant right next door

Nothing for the price it’s good value

The staff especially Mr Ky were exceptional. Everyone from the reception staff to the gardeners were always cheerful, helpful and full of smiles. Mr Ky was especially helpful when I was not well. He quickly got an excellent doctor who gave me the right medicine. He was there to translate anything I didn’t understand. Generally the location was great with a beautiful Sandy beach, large swimming pool and good breakfast

I particularly enjoyed the pool, it's both warm and absolutely lovely with its many plants. Also appreciated the restaurant by the pool and the people at the reception counter. They were all very helpful and really nice, with a special thank you to Hà Thi Hoài for her gift :)

Room for improvement to me would be about the Aircon, quite noisy in room 424 to be honest.

Walking distance to the riverfront and local boutiques and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good with a large variety and attentive staff. Best part is it is connected to Spice Viet restaurant. Super yummy food. If you struggle with multiple flights of stairs like my elderly mother did you can sit pool side and orser from there.
