The staff was friendly and supportive. The breakfast options were good, with lots of choice and included fruit and drink as well. The price-quality is great. It is located in a small alley and nearby lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The room size is large enough and the bed is comfortable. Only disadvantage is that the fridge switches off when you take out the key when you leave (have seen that in other hotels as well).

The rooms are not really soundproof, so when other people are noisy in the hallway, or even their room, you can hear it.

The location is great with tons of good restaurants around. It's a little outside the tourist zone but we prefer that. The host, Hai and his family are very friendly and welcoming always having big smiles when we see them. The room was clean and spacious and a great price for what you get.

The shower gets very hot with good pressure but loses temperature after about 2 minutes. We also felt that prices are quite a bit higher through the hotel than what you can get elsewhere.

Convenient location to the river and night walking street. Rooms contain all the necessary things - towels, tooth brush, etc. Opportunity to leave luggage (before and after check-out). Staff is friendly. Laundry service is comfortable - we also left our laundry in the morning after arrival, but before check-in and received clean clothes in the evening. Breakfast included - very comfortable, secure time in the morning. Support with bus booking to next location.

Breakfast is rather poor. Laundry price is high - 40 000 for 1 kg (normal price 20 000 for kg in other locations both in town and along the country).

Nice budget option at the small alley in Hue not too far from the Imperial City. Shower with good water pressure and hot water. TV with quite a big selection of channels and good picture. Working AC. The family who runs the place is polite and friendly.

Rooms powered by room key, so you have to use your key to activate electricity. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but here also the fridge is under the same circuit, so if you left the room for a day trip, the fridge was warm when you got back.

Very good value for money and great location. Bed was comfortable and large. Nice balcony with a good view. The family running the place was friendly and accommodating. There was a huge fan mounted to the wall which provided great white noise and airflow.

The shower drained slowly which meant that going into the bathroom typically left us with wet feet. There was very little body soap provided.

The staff were friendly and helped us carry out bags up the stairs and book a bus to Hoi An for 200k. The breakfast was good - we had banana pancakes and fruit. We received a larger room that expected which was good! Although the furnishings are not modern the room was comfortable and good-sized with working air conditioning.

Please be aware that there is no lift at this hotel.

The hotel has a homely feel and is surrounded by lots of nice little cafés. The owner is such a kind soul and you really do feel part of the family. The balcony are very cute and there is lots around!

I would suggest not renting motorbikes via the hotel- only as it got very complicated for us after having one of the engine light start flashing after an hour of riding, and having to return. Then having to pay 310k in total for one hour of use for 2 bikes. Also the fridge in our room was very dirty/old inside.

Lovely little room and balcony on a quiet side street just off the main tourist area, within easy walking distance to lots of nice restaurants, bars etc. Room had good Wi-Fi, fan, AC and hot water. It is within walking distance to the imperial city and easy to get around on foot. The host was friendly and helpful and we extended our stay because we liked it so much. We booked motorbike taxis and a bus tour to Hoi An through the hotel which was convenient for us and both worked well. Would highly recommend.

It's close to a lot of sightseeing. The breakfast was good. It was clean and comfy. It's a cheap hotel, so I didn't expect too much, but it was really nice.

It's a low-price hotel, so the rooms are simple, the bathroom is simple, but it was clean. They have a bathroom multiple people share in the entrance, very close to where we ate breakfast.

The room was clean and good equipped with a very nice green balcony (TV, fridge, table..). The hotel is located in a quiet street surronded by good restaurants, near to the river where you can relax. The staff was very professional, nice and always willing to help.

There was a loud family next door knocking on the door at 11pm like crazy, from the floor we could jesť every word spoken but if it is silent inside, you can have a very hood relax here. We could smell mold in the room but did not see any. The room was nice and clean otherwise. The pillows could be thicker.
