10/10 the service of this place is stretching towards a 5 star hotel. the staff and the manager need to be commended. Luggage will be carried for you and brought up to the room. the reception functions as a concierge and books tickets for you online if asked. umbrella and rain hats in every room. breakfast is DIVINE (massive buffet with delicious food). i usually get breakfast outside of hotels, but this one is so worth it! the beds are wonderful. bathroom feels comfortably large because of the milkglass wall inlay. hands down best hotel during our trip.

One suggestion would be to invest in a good coffee machine for breakfast cappuccinos and americanos. The Vietnamese brewed coffee is fresh at 7 am, but if you eat breakfast at 9 am it is old, and not very good. Another recommendation would be to have whole wheat or healthy grain bread for toast (and maybe peanut butter?). Again, not a deal-breaker! Otherwise, lots of options for breakfast.

The spa are was very pleasant. I used it once and stay in the swimming area for 2 hours! The breakfast was fabulous! with great varienty of different cousins, I really appreciated that they offer typical food for central Vietnam! The room was sooo spacious and the bed very comfortable. I have to thank the staff! They helped me with buying the train tickets and helped me with my flight reservations!

Great staff, big room with a small balcony and a well thought design and decoration, comfortable bed, nice hot and warm jacuzzis, good food.

The fridge was very noisy at night and it was impossible to turn it off or unplug it. TV without Netflix. Location is not great, but local Uber (Grab) is very cheap.

The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs, from booking tours, drivers and spa treatments. The breakfast was varied, comprehensive and covered both Western and Eastern needs. We also appreciated the room service and even the fact that they accommodated us after hours. The location is perfect with just a brief 5-10 minute walk to various cafes and restaurants. Finally, the jacuzzi is an amazing bonus and experience. We used it every night we were there and treated ourselves to a very affordable full-body treatment on the last day of the year. It was such a wonderful experience, that we will now make it our 'go to' hotel when we return to Hue.

The service and the attention of the staff, they are very gentle. The hotel is just beautiful, very new, everything is clean. The breakfast offers a wide range of local and international food, really good. The only thing to improve is to give the customers the possibility to check out later for additional cost but without having to pay all day and night +breakfast+spa if we talk about several hours and there are available rooms. In our case we paid the complete price though we only entered to have a shower before our trip and after several hours' excursion in Hue and suburbs. In Europe you can pay several hours' price almost in every hotel, it's normal practice, or you are offered a guest room with a shower. For the rest, it's a perfect option and the hotel we loved the best after our 6 nights' stay in different hoteles in Hanoi and Hue.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. We booked last minute and were really pleased with the room. Hotel was relatively modern and very spacious. The location was good for us as we like walking a little bit to places, would recommend a grab to the imperial city though in the heat.

If we were to knit pick we’d say the rooms were a bit too bright, as the blinds weren’t fitted perfectly to the windows. There was also a bit of construction surrounding the hotel which made for a little disruption - can’t be helped by the hotel though.

The room was lovely, very large, comfy bed, great ensuit. Saff very friendly. Jazqui brilliant and foc for guests at certain times. Breakfast ok, large selection of Vietnamese food but not a lot of western options. Location good, nice quiet street but only 10 min walk to party St and shopping. Overall a 10 out of 10.

Hue: Not a lot to the place,and all very spread out. The Citadel is impressive. There is a sleezy vibe to Hue, as a solo male traveller I was continously hassled by guys offering " pretty girls for you ". Only time I have had this in Vietnam

Great room, very nice, modern and comfortable . We love the spa, all the guests can enjoy the spa for free during some hours in the evening. Good breakfast. Very nice and efficient staff. Great accomodation in a nice street with two great cafes next to it and very close to the main street of restaurants and bars, that is close to traffic during weekends.

Some staff push too much to sell you the hotel services. We chose the Junior Suite Alba, situated on a corner. It was true that you have views all over the city and lot of light, but to be honest views are not so nice so I'm not sure if it's worth to pay the price difference for the suite

Close to the Imperial City (10-15 minutes by scooter). In one day you can visit the Imperial City and 3 tombs only if you rent a scooter or a car with a driver. We do not recommend walking to the tombs because the distances are relatively long.

Everything looks old. Quite a few improvements should be made. It definitely doesn't have the stars it says it has. We do not recommend having lunch/dinner at the hotel. There are many other restaurant options where you can eat much better and cheaper.
