10/10 the service of this place is stretching towards a 5 star hotel. the staff and the manager need to be commended. Luggage will be carried for you and brought up to the room. the reception functions as a concierge and books tickets for you online if asked. umbrella and rain hats in every room. breakfast is DIVINE (massive buffet with delicious food). i usually get breakfast outside of hotels, but this one is so worth it! the beds are wonderful. bathroom feels comfortably large because of the milkglass wall inlay. hands down best hotel during our trip.

no view to talk of, but the neighborhood is quiet

The hotel is in a great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The bedroom was a good size and very clean. It was fun having access to the jacuzzi as it was most welcome after a day of exploring. The breakfast was the best with so much on offer so definitely make sure you leave time to eat it!

Shame the spa didn't open until 1.30pm.

One suggestion would be to invest in a good coffee machine for breakfast cappuccinos and americanos. The Vietnamese brewed coffee is fresh at 7 am, but if you eat breakfast at 9 am it is old, and not very good. Another recommendation would be to have whole wheat or healthy grain bread for toast (and maybe peanut butter?). Again, not a deal-breaker! Otherwise, lots of options for breakfast.

The spa are was very pleasant. I used it once and stay in the swimming area for 2 hours! The breakfast was fabulous! with great varienty of different cousins, I really appreciated that they offer typical food for central Vietnam! The room was sooo spacious and the bed very comfortable. I have to thank the staff! They helped me with buying the train tickets and helped me with my flight reservations!

We arrived at the hotel way earlier than check in time, but the hotel staff was kind enough to send me a text when the rooms were ready. My wife tried SPA treatment which was also a great experience for her. The room was in good size, clean and all facilities well maintained. Overall, a great value for money and good location to hang around.

There was a major construction work on-going directly next to the hotel and the noise continued even beyond midnight. The hotel could allocate the other side of the building, but I believe it not a hotel's failure as I specifically requested two rooms with two beds each and close each other. So, there may not have much choice. Other than that, our stay was super comfortable.

Great staff, big room with a small balcony and a well thought design and decoration, comfortable bed, nice hot and warm jacuzzis, good food.

The fridge was very noisy at night and it was impossible to turn it off or unplug it. TV without Netflix. Location is not great, but local Uber (Grab) is very cheap.

2 couples, 2 rooms. Both were excellent. Beautiful decor and extremely comfortable beds. A nice wardrobe for our luggage that included robes and slippers inside. Mini fridge and a nice size TV with plenty of movies to watch. There is both a hot and warm spa. I would have preferred the "warm" to be a bit cooler. Staff is friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

Too many scooters parked in the circular drive that our driver could barely get in to drop us off or pick us up. The warm spa should be a bit cooler to have a nice contrast between the cool and the hot spa.

The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs, from booking tours, drivers and spa treatments. The breakfast was varied, comprehensive and covered both Western and Eastern needs. We also appreciated the room service and even the fact that they accommodated us after hours. The location is perfect with just a brief 5-10 minute walk to various cafes and restaurants. Finally, the jacuzzi is an amazing bonus and experience. We used it every night we were there and treated ourselves to a very affordable full-body treatment on the last day of the year. It was such a wonderful experience, that we will now make it our 'go to' hotel when we return to Hue.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. We booked last minute and were really pleased with the room. Hotel was relatively modern and very spacious. The location was good for us as we like walking a little bit to places, would recommend a grab to the imperial city though in the heat.

If we were to knit pick we’d say the rooms were a bit too bright, as the blinds weren’t fitted perfectly to the windows. There was also a bit of construction surrounding the hotel which made for a little disruption - can’t be helped by the hotel though.

The service and the attention of the staff, they are very gentle. The hotel is just beautiful, very new, everything is clean. The breakfast offers a wide range of local and international food, really good. The only thing to improve is to give the customers the possibility to check out later for additional cost but without having to pay all day and night +breakfast+spa if we talk about several hours and there are available rooms. In our case we paid the complete price though we only entered to have a shower before our trip and after several hours' excursion in Hue and suburbs. In Europe you can pay several hours' price almost in every hotel, it's normal practice, or you are offered a guest room with a shower. For the rest, it's a perfect option and the hotel we loved the best after our 6 nights' stay in different hoteles in Hanoi and Hue.
