This is an excellent little place,. It is in a superb location. Very easy short walk to the riverside and also a few moments away from the walking streets and main restaurant area. The great thing is though that it is tucked away in a small side street. Abd so it's siang very quiet with hardly any noise. We stayed here for 4 nights and slept brilliantly. The family that run it are very helpful and caring and do all that they can for their guests. I think that this place represents great value for the cost and would stay there again if in Hue. This place also has excellent WiFi which made it possible to be able to do work zoom calls etc. A really enjoyable stay here.

No lift in the property so if you have mobility issues check with them before hand but that is completely normal for this style of building.

Eva is really friendly and helpful, offererd us lots of recommendations. Really central location, close to lots of good bars and restaurants. Booked our bus for us on to Phong Nha. Clean and comfortable rooms with good aircon. Comfy beds and decent showers also! Free drinking water refills as well!

Stairs in the Eva 2 building is a bit slippy, and slanted. Wardrobe smelled a bit musty

We really enjoyed our two nights at Eva’s Homestay in Hue. Although only a short visit, the homestay was well-equipped, very clean, and the rooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and stored our luggage for us after we had checked-out. The bathroom had a good shower with decent hot water and pressure. The homestay is in a great central location, walking distance to loads of restaurants, cafes and bars. You can also walk to the Imperial City in about 20 minutes.

The walls were a bit thin so you could sometimes hear people coming and going in the hallway, but it wasn’t a major problem.

Eva was such a fantastic host. Although we only stayed for 1 night, she went above and beyond to make our experience in Huê one we won't forget. We wanted to visit the DMZ but knew we had limited time.. Eva made this possible and so stress free! She organised a private tour guide and driver to the DMZ - which made for an incredible experience which we could not have facilitated ourselves! She then made sure that we were picked up by a bus to our next stop in the country and communicated with us through out the whole day to ensure everything went as planned. This experience exceeded all expectations of a Homestay host. We are so grateful to Eva for making this possible. The Homestay was in a perfect location and was beautifully clean and comfortable, we felt very much at home here. Thank you Eva!

The host was wonderful. She let ust store our bags hours before check in, gave us good recommendations around the city and helped us book a tour. Room was large and comfortable. Location was just a 3 minute walk from the busy area, and it was very nice that it wasn't smack in the middle of the noisy street above one of the pubs like other acommodation options we saw. Wifi was lightning quick.

The building's water shut down on one of the nights at around 11pm. But it was already back on in the morning, and it was a city-wide maintenance thing so you can't really fault the acommodation.

I had a marvelous stay here!! Eva helped me with all the info I needed and provided me with everything I asked for, she is very kind, available and, most relevant, she has a beautiful heart and she is connected with it!! My room was big, simple, clean and with a very nice balcony. The location is perfect to reach the city attractions and still in a quiet -silent- alley! P.s. I also really enjoyed a cooking class with her. Thank you from my heart to you and your beautiful family!!!

Relaxed Homestay in a convenient yet quiet location. Within easy walking distance to most things. Great sized room with comfortable beds and a little balcony to get some fresh air. Lovely banh mi stall across the alley. Helpful staff.

If I was being picky, I would have liked a mirror closer to somewhere I could plug the hairdryer in. Bathroom floor was a bit slippy because the water didn't dry quickly. Maybe provide a mat or a squeegee to dry the floor

The beds were extremely comfy, probably the best we stayed in yet in Vietnam. Eva was very nice and friendly and offered us good, local advice for Hue. We stayed in Eva Homestay the first night and moved to Eva 2 for the end of our stay. Eva 2 was so much quieter and peaceful and we slept really well. It rained without stopping for 3 days and Eva let us use the dehumidifier in the room which was awesome.

Because the room we was going to stay in was leaking, Eva offered us a bigger room for 1 night then we moved to the sister hostel. Overall, this was the best option but it's always a bit disheartening when we have to keep unpacking and repacking our bags to move. Luckily, the second room was brilliant.

Inexpensive cosy room close to walking street in Hue. The host was very helpful spending a lot of time giving me tips to where to visit, ordering taxis and someone easy and accessible to make the stay enjoyable.

The room I stayed had a view of an enclosed wall which made it a little dark. But because i was busy with historical visits, lunch and dinner it wasn't a problem. There were other rooms with views best to check when booking

Eva was an excellent host. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. Clean, fresh linens in a very well lit room with lots of natural light. Breakfast was lovely and included fruit. Good wifi for working. Eva gave us lots of information when we first arrived about things we could do, both tours she could organize and things we should see around the city and local restaurants we should try. Incredible service and facilities for the price.

The weather! Can't change that. :)
