The breakfast was very good and suitable for my children. The location is great and convenient for getting around, though the road can be a bit crowded at times, even for pedestrians.

The facilities are older than I expected, such as the elevator. The TV isn't connected to the internet, so I couldn't open YouTube or Netflix.

The staff were very friendly and the service excellent. The breakfast buffet was extensive in its range of choices and catered to our varying tastes. We are vegetarian and we’re well catered for. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious.

They say they have parking but you have to pass to massive dogs to park your bike and it is shut after 10pm. Poor commutation before I arrived no response to any messages I sent to them. Due to TET/lack of staff on the second night I returned to find the door to the hotel padlocked closed, I had to try and read a sign in the distance for a number to call, I was not told this would happen, simple communication is needed.

The hotel is located directly in the Hoi An walking street with a lot of bars and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the lobby were clean.

The furniture of the room is very old and shows a lot of wear. This therefore does not feel like a 4 star accommodation. We booked the suite with a bubble bath (it should even have a steam bath), which did not work. You could only take a normal shower or bath. The walls a quite thin and you can hear the elevator running and stopping. Up until 11 pm you can hear the loud music from the walking street, which is expected when staying in a hotel in this area, so no complaint here.

A very good location and quite a big and clean room. The poolwater was greenish though and the staff confused about the rules, to say the least. For example they gave us the coupons for breakfast twice and TWICE called almost at midnight to say that they take away the coupons as breakfast is not included in the price.

Weird, aging hotel. Confused staff, we stayed there 2 nights and twice they gave us breakfast coupons and twice they took them back (once calling from the reception at midnight). The pool was old and greenish.
