This place was in a very good location, not far from the citadel and very close to a walking street with bars and restaurants.

Not sure why people are giving bad reviews, you get what you pay for people, and this place is very cheap, great location, very clean, bed was comfortable and had great air conditioning. The only thing I can say was bad was the fact we could hear people outside our room. Turns out it was a Chinese lady complaining about her room to her friends very loudly at 10pm, right outside our room. We saw her on our check out complaining to the poor staff member at reception. So if this other person wasn't complaining outside our door at 10pm then we would've had a better sleep, not the hotels fault which is why I am giving a good review. Sorry you had to deal with her pointless complaint.

Although there are few dishes for breakfast, it is very delicious, including Hue cakes. The swimming pool is located on the 9th floor, highly appreciated by the managers to create safety for children. The hotel only opens the swimming pool when there are adults and staff on duty to limit the danger to children. A way of handling The reason for love. Very commendable

Good Size room. Close to walking/drinking street zone but no noise in room. Plenty of restaurants and bars within a few minutes' walk

You had to go to reception every time to get access to rooftop pool. It should be open x hours per day without this hassle. No phone in room to contact reception. The water was tepid at beat. Minor issues

Good located hotel with very big room. Friendly staff. Good place for 1-2 nights, near the old part of the town, but also the streets with bars and restaurants.

One slowly elevator for the building with 8 floors. There is limit for laundry (3 kg) per room, for the rest you must pay extra.

Place was close to a few restaurants and bars in a relatively quiet area... Staff were found friendly and really accommodating and allowed early check in with no problems (as arrived by train in AM). Had standard double room and was quite spacious and real clean throughout. Short stroll to river front and Palace, taxis plentiful around.

Great location and very friendly staff. Roof top pool was looking a little tired but has so much promise. Definitely recommend for a budget conscious traveller.

Was a little tired and older.

The hospitality is good as there are some steps to reach the lobby, the staff came to us once our car arrive and help to carry our luggage. There are welcome drinks as well.

The toiletries are limited, only a small bottle of shampoo and body shampoo for the 3 of us. The bath tub cover came out, despite it was fixed immediately after I commented, it still came out after a few hours. Some sticky leftover on the table that was not clean.
