Everything - from our initial welcome at reception, carrying on every day, this hotel and its staff has been outstanding. Very comfortable room, superb shower, amazing bed. Every day our housekeepers kept our room spotless. Cannot praise it enough. Would certainly recommend it, and would stay again if we were in Hue.

Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from some other guests on our floor. We mentioned it to the reception staff after 2 days of being woken at 6am by the guests shouting children and slamming doors. The reception staff were amazing and took this on board, even checking in the following days that the nuisance had stopped.

We stayed for 2 nights in a family suite - very nicely decorated and clean. Although the music from the bars / club was ok, i imagine at the weekend or in high season it would be very noticeable and would suggest not staying here if you are a light sleeper

You are given four free bottles of water each day with another four in the minibar. On the second day we didn’t have housekeeping (and didn’t receive another four bottles) as our daughter was ill and slept all day. We used all 8 bottles of water given over the two night stay. On check out we were charged for the four bottles used from the minibar, despite explaining that we didn’t receive the ones the previous day. Couldn’t be bothered to argue as taxi was waiting - but felt it was very petty!!

Wonderful staff and large, comfortable room! Delicious breakfast with many healthy choices. GREAT location!

The staff does everything in their power to prevent & prepare you for the noise of the neighborhood at night… and honestly, it is out of their control…but no joke that it is LOUD. We’ve stayed in plenty of downtown areas with traffic and music… but be prepared that this is music with a bass that beats through the room until about 1:00 or 2:00 am. If you are a night owl, no worries- because the location really is great! But if you need to get up early, take it into consideration.

The hotel and the staff are very welcoming, the rooms are nice and functional. The pool is quite big and good for swimming. The breakfast was very good, especially if you miss fresh white bread. The location is good, lot of restaurants near by. Vi Hue was really good. The imperial citadel is within walking distance but it is better to save the energy for walking within the citadel itself.

There is a loud night club on the street opposite to the rooms with a balcony so be prepared to adjust the noice cancelling in the earphones to max.

Great location, just a 25 minute walk or short taxi ride from the imperial palace. Comfortable rooms and quiet. We were on the 7th floor. There is a pool on the second floor that looked nice, but it was raining during our stay. Staff very friendly and kept our bags on the day we were leaving in the evening. It’s in the heart of the tourist area, with its bars and restaurants, but we were not disturbed by the noise.

The breakfast is in the next building on the second floor, but accessible without going outside, which was good given the rain. It was a minor thing. The breakfast was great, so no complaints

Almost everything was perfect. The room was clean and spacious, all the staff were very friendly. The location was also excellent.

I requested a room on the 7th floor when I made the booking, but the sales staff didn’t inform the receptionist. When we arrived, they initially assigned us a room on the 3rd floor, after requested again the receptionist moved us to the 5th floor. It was fine, but the hotel could have earned 10 score by being more attentive to guest requests. Additionally, the swimming pool has a strong chlorine smell. Hopefully, the hotel can consider switching to a saltwater pool in the future.

We stayed here for one night, after arriving via the sleeper train from Hanoi. As we arrived before check-in, our room was understandably not ready. However, we were able to store our luggage and make use of the swimming pool which was great. The pool area doesn't have many sunloungers, but this wasn't an issue for us. The room was large and comfortable, great for the one night. The staff were very friendly, and organised a private taxi transfer to Hoi An for us. Location is very central in Hue near many bars and restaurants.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was quite spacious and clean. The breakfast was in the restaurant next door - very nice and good options.

The shower- you need to put the hot water on for it to heat up, we didn't know this on the first day so when we got back in the evening we had to wait. Also the shower head is low down and you can't change the angle so it sprayed out of the bathtub. It was shoulder height on me and even lower for my tall husband. The bathtub is raised but there is a step to get into it.

Good location; plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in walking distance- would recommend Maddam Thu around the corner for Vietnamese food! The staff were friendly and helpful with information when needed . Breakfast was good and there was a section available for all- they serve this in the building next door . Room was spacious, clean and we had a small balcony which was nice overseeing the local area . Although we didn’t use it the pool looked great and it had sun loungers available too! Would stay again.

We arrived in the morning and when I ssid that were going to checkout earlier they accepted us using breakfast tickets on the check in day. I appreciate that much. Everything inside the room was clean and neat, good soundproofing, shampoo and shower gel were fulfilled, the bathroom is modern although no bathtub. Good breakfast, especially Bun Bo. Due to a random incident, we had chance to go through their kitchen and had a quick look: it’s tidy and hygienic made we feel assured about what we eat.

Our room doesn’t have a balcony. The sink faucet always made a bad noise whenever we turned it on. And the AC was a bit noisy.
