Location was very good, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, Staff very helpful, always opening doors, help us down the steps leading from reception,

We in our late 70's, we have found a lot of the showers in Hotels are very slippery, this applies to this Hotel

The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is good, and the housekeeping team do a great job each day. The king bed was very comfortable. There are many nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We were able to walk to the Citadel in about 30 minutes.

Unfortunately noise from the late night bars drifted up into our room at night and in the early morning. Drunk people yelling, music turned up, etc. The room was not soundproof due to all the large glass windows. We also were disappointed that the "balcony" was actually a walkway to the fire escape. We had a stranger looking in our room while he smoked a cigarette!

We spent three nights at the hotel and were happy with our stay. We had a large, clean, double room at the front, on the street. Be aware it’s located at the top, relatively less noisy end of Vo Thi Sau ‘walking street’, so you do get some noise from nearby bars though our stay was Monday to Thursday and it didn’t bother us much. Also you feel in the heart of things for eating and drinking, with many excellent, inexpensive restaurants (Quán Hanh, Chan) just a short walk away. Hotel breakfasts had great variety, restaurant staff were excellent, and we liked the breakfast room. Hotel staff were friendly, although seemed a little offended that we had organised our tours independently of the hotel.

Our stay at Thanh Lich Hue Hotel was excellent. We really liked the location as we were a short distance from all the bars and restaurants. Thao, Linh and An Thuy on reception were so friendly and welcoming. An Thuy was especially helpful with printing etc. The room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional, catering to all tastes. Nang, Q. Nhi, T.Nh, Hong and Phuong were so helpful and lovely to chat to making our stay really special. We would definitely return as the hotel was exceptional value for money.

Take note that the balcony rooms while having a huge window, which is great, does allow access through a fire exit door onto the balcony. Therefore it is shared. Given the hotels location there is a bit of noise from the street below, it didn’t worry us but it might bother some. ( we were there over new years, so it may not be like that all of the time)

The location is great. Right in the middle of the city and night market. No motor bikes/cyclists allowed in night market area. The hotel staff are super helpful. The hotel is a little old but overall well maintained. Breakfast has a good variety for a hotel at this budget point. I was originally allocated a standard room which was a bit small. But management upgraded me to a larger room just like in the photos for the hotel. As I was a bit sick from travelling, the larger room was a welcome respite. The reception staff even assisted me with some medicine for my sick stomach. So kind and considerate.

We couldn't have asked for a cozier stay than at Thanh Lich Hue Hotel. The moment we stepped in, we felt like we were home. Our room was a perfect little nest, with soft lighting and comfortable furnishings that made us want to curl up and never leave. The staff treated us like family, always ready with a warm smile and helpful advice. We loved the intimate breakfast area where we could chat with other guests over delicious local treats. The hotel's central location meant we could easily explore Hue's attractions, then return to our snug retreat. It was hard to say goodbye to this charming place!

-There was a hole in my duvet cover and a large stain . I did inform a member of staff , who reassured me that the linen was clean and it ‘is an old stain’. I would expect if linen is stained and has a hole/rip , then you would throw it away and replace it . -The location is amazing but that does also mean that you hear the loud music from bars until very late. However , you can get earplugs from reception

Very good location in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping. Nice staff. Basic but clean rooms. It's a great mid-range option.

We had to suffer terrible karaoke from the hotel bar on 2 nights. Not too late, but till 10~11pm. Its not something that we guests should be expected to accept in a hotel. Good breakfast. Staff at breakfast are lovely, but it seems to be a ploy to push the hotel restaurant. Plenty of great and much cheaper restaurants nearby.

After staying at many hotels in Vietnam, this hotel is by far the most professional, clean and comfortable and the staff are absolutely wonderful especially Phuong. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and was provided with coupons for the attached restaurant, breakfast and laundry. Everything about this hotel has been absolutely perfect with nothing bad to say about it. Definitely will be staying here again in the future, highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment precinct, major attractions in the city and the park near the perfume river. The breakfast had many choices, staff were very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was excellent. The staff also came to the main entrance to say bye to us during our departure. It was a warm gesture from them.

The lift seemed to be problematic during the rush hours. It didn't stop at the level where we lived. The complimentary water bottles provided in the room were a bit small. I think a walk-in shower is better than a bathtub in the toilet.
