Wonderful hotel - superb staff. Very comfy beds All you can eat breakfast- delicious! Served to us by a very bubbly and courteous Thi. Staff at reception had beaming smiles and were super helpful - thanks Hanna, Tho and Ruby. My 2nd stay at the hotel and I’ll return on my next visit.

Hotel was perfect. Can only recommend everyone to stay here. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. From the welcome drink with lots of helpful recommendations, to helping arrange a driver for the day, to booking train tickets. This was by far the best stay we had during our travels. When I made the mistake of leaving my wireless (white) earplugs between the bedsheets, the staff went above and beyond and did everything to retrieve them. They drove across town to get them back and met me at the train station to hand them over. Really have to applaud the staff. Especially the two women at the Reception that we experienced during our stay were amazing.

Its smack in the middle of the touristy part of Hue. Its not that far from Imperial City of Hue. Our stay here was pleasant and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. The room was a bit small but thats expected for the price. The AC wasn’t as good as in other places and we weren’t feeling the cold which is very much required for Vietnamese weather. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and spacious. There’s an elevator available too. The staff were warm, friendly and polite. They helped us get a scooter for 130,000 VND per day without a rental deposit. They also provided us with a map of Hue and gave us some pointers for the Imperial City of Hue. This was very helpful. I would recommend staying here if you’re in Hue.

The AC wasn’t as strong and was inadequate for the Vietnamese weather.

It was my second time in this hotel and next time I'll stay here again. The staff is professional, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is good, everything is clean. Even the location is great. They perform over my needs. We rented a motorbike through the hotel, at a good price, that was also okay. Just as the laundry. I don't think you can get better accommodation for this amount of money.

Location is great, walking distance to perfume river, restaurants, vincom centre, excellent cafés.Quieter location down an alley off the main streets.Hotel is always beautifully clean. Room is cleaned immaculate daily, we were happy to have windows to open out and enjoy the fresh air. Shower has excellent pressure. Staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem. Manager has excellent customer service and is always assisting with the running of the hotel, friendly to guests and staff. Breakfast has excellent variety. I would definitely stay again. 100% recommend.

Amazing staff, they spoke great english and were very kind and attentive. (Haven’t seen many smiles in Vietnam, but I was sure to get a lot of them at the reception). The room was great as well, just like the pictures. And the location was very calm even though it was right next to the bustling pedestrian street area (no noise at all at night time). Breakfast was great as well with a lot of options to chose from. I did not have a specific plan when I arrived, and the receptionist helped me book a great tour of the imperial tombs, the pagoda and the imperial citadel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

If you are easily bothered by light in your room when you want to sleep, prepare a sleep mask as the curtains sadly do not shut out a lot of light.

Absolutely brilliant service from all staff. Ruby in particular - she welcomed us with cold towels and fresh mango juice when we arrived. She sat down with us with a map and then clearly explained and wrote down our itinerary and costs for our 1.5 days there. The hotel had communicated really well - by email directly (then WhatsApp) - what we might like to do and arranged our trips and our driver for the airport. So professional. Lovely clean room and bathroom. I found the bed a bit hard on the first night so they added a mattress topper. Free tea, coffee and bananas were available all day. The location was good for local restaurants. Amazing breakfast £2.50 for as much as you wanted from their menu, served to your table (no scrum for a buffet!). Reception area gives a really good impression - nicely decorated and smiling reception staff. Oh and they asked me if I'd like to borrow a hat! Unbelievable service for such a good price, I don't know how they do it.

The room was a bit compact - I'm rubbish at understanding sizes when they're quoted per square foot. But we had an economy room - I'd definitely upgrade to a bigger room unless you're on a tight budget.
