Location: in the middle of town so no lack of great eateries around the hotel. Staff knowledge and willingness to help, especially cô Hương, cô Hà, cô Ngọc: always pleasant and professional. Included breakfast: sufficient choices to please the crowd. Laundry: at VND 30,000/kg, it was returned within a day, fresh and smelling beautiful. We booked twin Room. It is spacious, with a little balcony overlooking the street. Plenty of hot water. Great water pressure. Requests and report of issue were promptly attended to. We didn't use the safety box available in room. A filtered water fountain in the eating room is convenient for refilling bottles. A 3-star hotel with 5-star personal service.

I prefer bathroom light to be brighter. The shower floor feels a bit slippery.

Absolutely lovely little hotel, the staff here were amazing, I arrived feeling quite poorly with a bug and was immediately made hot ginger tea to help. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable indeed. Nice selection for breakfast, again the team went out of their way to please. The reception staff certainly put in the extra mile always there to assist make suggestions and offer advice. They arranged collection from the airport which worked very well and were happy to arrange taxis or arrange trips if required, thank you Julia, Lisa and Misa, not forgetting Han who managed the breakfast team. The hotel is located on walking street which was fun, the noise did not affect us as its a little way further down the road. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family on a mid range budget.

This hotel was perfectly positioned for getting to the river and night market. My room on 7th floor had a slight river view through the staircase. It also was positioned that I could see the sunset from there. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The best sleep I've had in Vietnam so far. The shower was a proper one, separate from the toilet with a glass door to keep everything tidy. They provided most of the toiletries needed including a sewing kit that I happened to need on my trip! The room had a kettle and free green tea and instant coffee. The air-conditioning could be controlled so I set it on warm as it was a bit chilly when I visited in April. The staff didn't hassle me about tours and gave me fantastic restaurant recommendations which I used. The places they suggested were busy whilst other places empty, the quality of food fantastic and prices reasonable.

The breakfast was a let down. It's suited to Asian tastes with soups featuring heavily. I tried the scrambled eggs and that was fishy tasting. Crepes were tiny saucer sized and bread on offer stale.

Small boutique hotel with friendly, personal touch. We booked Deluxe Double Room With City View. Big room. Very clean. Well furnished. Two armchairs with a table. Another two chairs with a desk and table. Huge bed (possibly splits into two). Comfortable foam mattress. Two nightstands. Nice bathroom with equipment in excellent condition. Water as hot as you want. Good location walkable to restaurants and stores. Huong speaks English very well and is knowledgeable about the area. Everyone was always willing to help make our stay enjoyable. They even mailed a postcard for us.

Some rules we found out about when translating a sign in the room: Can't bring in food. Can't do hand laundry. Punishable by 500,000 VND fine per occurrence. We often bring snacks or food into our room, and we have clothes that must be hand washed and hung to dry. So if we were intending to stay here more than 3 nights, this would have compelled us to find a different location. We have traveled all over SEA and never had these issues. When we asked about it, we were told that (a) food gets into the bed and housekeeping can't get it clean and (b) they offer laundry for a very cheap price. These are very sweet people who want you to have a positive experience without ruining their hotel. If food and laundry aren't concerns for you, we would absolutely recommend staying here.

Excellent room for the price, with decent breakfast. Quite clean, despite only a few mold spots. Great shower. Good location with a mini-mart close by; it's also close to a major avenue, but I didn't notice any noise from the constant traffic.

Though staff was nice and very helpful when I actually needed their assistance, they were also extremely pushy in regards to services. I had to refuse tour offers a couple of times and transportation offers 6 times (they also sent me 2 emails with offers before I had even checked in). They even kept insisting that I should hire a driver from them (for an extra markup, of course) after I showed I already had a private driver parked in front of the hotel waiting for me.

The location is great, right at the walking street, you can join the walking street area in the weekend just 100m around, but it's still far the crowded atmosphere enough to be quiet and peaceful for resting (there's a pagoda right in front of the hotel, so it's definitely peaceful) The staffs was super friendly and enthusiastically helpful, they take care us every minutes at the hotel, ask if we have plans for going around, guide us the way to sightseeing, help up find places for good local food and souvenirs. Absolutely 💯 points for staffs!!! Breakfast is included, and the food was really good and yum! u can choose different dishes in the menu for each day u stay here And yes, we were here for honey moon, so the staff had prepared a honey moon welcome decoration in the room for us!! How lovely! (ah, it costs about 10 bucks in addition for the baloons, but it worth).

The only thing i didn't like is that the area surrounding the hotel is flooded when raining

Perfectly located in an area full of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, closed to traffic in the evening and within walking distance to the imperial citadel, which is definitely worth visiting. I had a room in the top floor, it was nice and clean with a good shower. Breakfast was good, both Vietnamese and Western style. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. They can arrange a car with driver if you fly from/to Da Nang with stops along the way (for example the Marble Mountain with its fascinating caves).

Proximity to walking street was an unexpected bonus. The hotel location was superb, central but without being noisy. The staff were very helpful and kind. The beef Pho for breakfast was delicious and Im glad it recommended to me. The staff also recommended a fabulous small group tour of Hue for our only full day there. It was excellent. Xi ( C) was an amazing tour guide, knowledgeable communicative, and in control. She was fantastic.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was able to arrange tours and they were well organised and met our total expectations. Overall we thought the hotel was great, good amenities, great staff. very clean and comfortable, great location.

The room had no where to put your luggage for access. We put ours on the floor. It would be great for a table or such to place your suitcase on instead of the floor.

The location was excellent. The street closes for traffic at 6pm making it a walking area filled with wonderful street food and activity. The Staff was exceptional - we arrived early after taking the overnight train from Ha Noi and they provided early check in and did the utmost they could do even though they were fully booked the night before. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast really good- not just a buffet but also individual choices as to some hot food that you ordered the night before.
