Located less than a kilometer from the main walking street, the the road has everything you need, restaurants, laundry service, motorbike rental, mini market. The room had a big window, very clean, and comfortable. No lift, no fridge no kettle. Stayed 3 nights, had breakfast 2 times, for my taste very well and plenty. The owner a very kind and nice lady, gave us a welcoming coffee. The citadel is near, I went on foot there, the city is clean and very classy. The food is amazing and tasty, variety of dishes, seafood, pork, chicken, beef. Very affordable too!

compared to other hotels there is no fridge, no kettle in the room. Traveling in December I would have liked to make a tee myself in my room.

Rooms were a good size, basic but absolutely fine and everywhere was clean. Hieu was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. She gave us information on attractions and places to eat and there was an option to book trips. The day we checked out we could leave our bags there and were also use a shower before we left. We went on a motorbike your with Le Family Riders to the pagoda, tombs, incense village and abandoned waterpark....highly recommend. Also there is a great food place, Món ăn đặc sản, on the same alley as the hotel. We got take away sandwiches for the train, wish we'd had a meal there too as they were very friendly and the sandwiches were good!

When I checked in, there was a little boy at the front desk. He was brave, cute, and very smart. He guessed which guest I was before I reported my name. It was great 🤭 The interior of the room was clean and tidy, and the room was large. The bed, bath towels, and sheets are all clean and tidy, and toiletries are also provided. There are toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, soap, and combs. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. It's a pity that I was originally supposed to stay for two or three days, but due to visa issues I could only stay for one day. I hope to come to Vietnam again in the near future and stay at this hotel again.

The room is very comfortable, bed was perfect and not too hard, aircon worked great. Room Cleaned everyday. Bathroom had a shower screen which is nice. We ended up extending 4 more days. It's close to Nook restaurant which has local food and western food. Nearly ate there once everyday lol The host is amazing and arranged a guide for us to go to Bach Ma, which is definitely worth it for views and a swim in the waterfalls. Hieu also arranged our bus to Savannakhet through vietlao bus (comfortable sleeper bus 750000vnd) She's the best 👌🏼 super helpful. Even offered us hot water for tea or coffee or for our noodle cup. 🍜 We didn't do the included breakfast, but it looked good. I would def stay here again when in Hue.

Great staff! Pretty friendly and helpful, organized a Scooter (cheaper than renting by our own), prepared a very simple, but lovely breakfast every morning and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Keep in mind, it's a budget hotel, so don't expect any luxury facilities. But the room was quite big, was cleaned ever day and the bed was totally fine. Location for us was great. Just a short walk to the walking street and not much traffic in that narrow alley.

Rooms interior could use a refreshment, but everything was working just fine. Construction right next to the hotel can get noisy.

Excellent location, down a quiet road but still in the center of Hue. Lovely clean rooms, bedding smelt amazing, and nice bathroom that wasn’t a wet room like most of Asia! Daily house keeping, and absolutely lovely lady at the front desk willing to help us with everything we needed and always friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I returned to Hue especially for the price!

Property is in a good location, plenty cafes are down the same street and each to get to walking street.

Room was quite small, not much room for bags etc. Other people staying in the hotel were very loud at 5am every morning, reception staff apologised as we said we didn’t sleep well however they continued to make noise every night of our stay

The Times Hotel is very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. We had a great rest there. The best of this place is Hieu, the manager, who is always ready to assist or advise you in the best possible way. What stands out the most is that, in a moment of clumsiness, I forgot my passport and money in the hotel room, and she was more than willing to help me quickly and securely get it sent to Hoi An. We also arrived very early in the morning, tired after a 10-hour bus journey, and she promptly made the room available for us. She and the comfort of her hotel are 100% reliable. Thank you very much Hieu!

The staff at the property were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Despite booking at the last minute, Hieu graciously arranged for an early check-in, going above and beyond to assist us. She not only welcomed us warmly but also helped us plan the rest of our trip with great suggestions. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, making our stay truly enjoyable.
