Comfortable room, close to many restaurants and cafes. Very helpful and lovely staff. Good breakfast - eggs, baguettes, smoothies and pancakes. Separated rooms for toilet, shower and wash basin. Had small balcony and washing machine/dryer.

Floor seemed to be constantly wet along flooring joins - but was only a small issue. The room was otherwise very nice and staff kept room clean and tidy every day.

Love this place! Most of all, the staff. They are so helpful and friendly. The beds are super comfortable. The location is great, just around the corner from walking street, but still quiet at night. They organised a good value, a super comfortable taxi for me to the airport. Super laundry service right across the street. I have actually stayed here on 2 occasions, and I will return for a third stay the next time I visit Hue.

I have already reviewed this hotel on booking.com previously . We had booked one night stay here and then added one more night here because we realised if we do the drive from Danang to Hue along the scenic hai van pass with Linh Ung Pagoda etc on the way, by the time we reach Huawei we wont be able to cover all the sites in Hue taht day. We need one full day at least for Hue, so this review is for the second day which we extended . As explained in the previous review this hotel arranged taxi for taking us early to the imperial tombs and then dropping us at the imperial citadel after some 4 hours. From there onwards we went to the Museum of Royal Antiquities and the An DinH Palace by grab. They were very short rides. The studio was spacious, convenient and we had no complaints. The staff was pretty helpful.  They arranged private car (english speaking driver): Pick up at our Da Nang hotel at 8 AM and visit Linh Ứng Pagoda,Go by Hai Van Pass Scenic road, Stop at Lang Co Beach, Lap An Lagoon, Mo Stream, Thanh Toan Bridge.  They also arranged private taxi to the imperial tombs in Hue, incense village and dropped us at the imperial citadel. Both these were reasonable prevailing market rates. they said they'll check our room before we are given the ok to leave. We had a very early flight to Hanoi at 6.45AM. They asked us to come down some 10 minutes earlier, we were at their reception at 5 AM.  The guy went up and checked and was down in a couple of minutes. Basically they had some snacks and drinks which we had not touched [actually had placed them all out as we needed to use the small fridge for our stuff], also bathrobes, so probably checked them also . No biggie everything was fine, just a heads up!

My stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff treated me like family and were always willing to help in any way, including making bookings easy and walking me to my airport transport. The included breakfast had something for everyone and excellent. It was excellent value for money, had a comfortable bed and a great shower. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't there longer! It was central to everything, the sheets were clean and unmarked, and it was very quiet (despite being in the middle of Hue's busy nightlife).

On arrival I was informed that I had been upgraded to a two roomed apartment. I was over the moon as I had been doing some hard riding from the very north of Vietnam and it was a fabulous surprise to be offered the apartment. The apartment came with a 3/4 sized fridge, cook top, rice cooker and even a micro wave, plus a brand new washing machine which was put to very good use. The area is absolutely full of restaurants and coffee shops within cooee of the hotel. The stay at Amy's was superb and I would recommend Amy's very highly.

The breakfast choices were pretty basic.

Nicely run hotel with elevator, spacious dining area. We liked the kitchenette with rice cooker. Nice to have a small desk for remote work. Good storage spaces for belongings even though the room is very small. All staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped resolve an issue with our bus booking and paid for our taxi to go to a bus station that was a little farther away because their initial booking fell through. Nice variety of breakfast options.

Our room had a green Exit light over the unused stairway door so we needed to wear eye blinds to sleep at night due to the brightness. Could also hear noise in the pipes when neighboring rooms used water in the bathroom.

The apartment was situated down a quiet alley but only one street away from the main eating places and very close to the Walking Street area that is created on Fri, Sat and Sun nights. It was a spacious apartment with full facilities and a balcony with a great view. Very easy access via a lift. Staff were really helpful with recommending trips and organising a shuttle to the airport. Hue is a great place to stay after the bustle of Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh and within easy travelling time to the coastal spots.

Just the breakfast was a little disappointing in terms of the selection compared to the other hotels we had stayed in.

Just right next to walking street. The room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed, even washing machine. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good. They booked our airport transfer and also our bus to Hanoi for us and arranged for everything. It is close to everything. We stayed for 1 week and we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

We initially planned to stay just one night, but liked it so much that we stayed 3 nights. We had the big suite, with 2 large windows / balcony, a little kitchen with washing machine.

The toilet is very very small… not made for large persons ! I managed with my 1.83 m and 100 kgs). Definitely NOT for persons with 120-130+ kgs…. unless you don’t mind to sit in diagonal / 90 degrees on the toilet. Breakfast just ok.
