I really loved the furniture, design, layout here something looks very Indochine, something reminds me of Imperial Hue Palace but it is still modern with dark tone, looking luxurious somehow and full-filled with necessary facilities! It is very closed to many good local bar, pub, spa & massage

Because it located in a small alley and there is no parking area for car. That would be very hard for family group travel!

Luc, Tao, Phuong and the team are the best thing about this hotel. A very friendly team of staff who are always there with a smile and ready to answer all your questions. The breakfasts were also very good, a full range of all the tropical fruits, Asian brekkies and western options, plus all the usual Asian pastries and treats, juices, coffee and tea etc. The room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable and no noise at night. Luc organised a scooter for us to hire during our time in Hue at a reasonable price. We wpuld stay again 😀

Everything was great, however if you do renovations/upgrades in the future, consider installing walk-in showers (to replace the showers over bathtubs)

This hotel is situated in a quiet street about 20-30 minutes walk from the Imperial City making it a good option for exploring Hue. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Our bedroom was at the back of the property, so while it didn't have a view, it was really quiet. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The air con and WiFi worked well and there was a safety deposit box in the room. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of food including freshly cooked egg options, bread, pastries and fruit. There were decent restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The hotel was able to offer drivers to reach the tombs etc, and they were a fair price.

The location was superb. Close to Walking Street with many Cafes, Restaurants and Convenience Stores. The building is modern and well maintained. The room and bathroom spacious and very clean. Good WiFi, cool AC, refrigerator, hot water, and an excellent breakfast buffet with also a choice of eggs or omelet cooked to your preference. This was included on the room fee. The best part was the service. Most of the staff is bilingual, they are always smiling and taking care of any special requests. Something I haven’t seen anywhere in Asia, every time someone enter or exit the Hotel a doorman will open the door and help with anything you may be carrying. I ordered some flowers delivered to the Hotel Restaurant for my wife’s birthday and as soon the manager realized about the special date, they arranged for a Birthday cake on the house. It was a very nice touch, most appreciated and also very good. In short, they made our five days stay very enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff their dedication and hospitality .

I strongly recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Kelly was one of the staff that always greeted me with a smile. The staff spoke good English. Check in nd out was fast. The room was clean and very comfortable. Internet worked fine. We spent 6 nights here. The breakfast was great. They had banana crepes along with fresh fruit and a good variety of other dishes. The location is great. You can walk to a VinMart for items needed. The Nook restaurant nearby has good food. Get a card from the front desk for free spring rolls there. You can't go wrong staying here. Great place.

Such a fabulous hotel in a great location. Right in the middle of things, but in a quiet side road so you aren't disturbed. Rooms were a good size and were clean, comfortable, modern, and had great air con. Breakfast was really lovely and the kids loved the fish in the foyer! The staff here make it truly brilliant as they are so kind and helpful. We had a couple of issues (a noisy guest in the next room and a cyclo driver who tried to scam us) and the hotel staff were exceptional - They resolved both issues and could not have been more brilliant. The hotel is right near the walking street and lots of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel was nice and clean, most of the staff was very friendly. breakfast was ok. location was convenient.

One of the younger staff members in the lobby was quite insistent about getting a tip for simply "rolling" my suitcase from the lobby to the lift and then to the room—while his colleague, who had carried it from the car to the hotel (a much harder task), didn’t ask for anything. I told him I would tip at the end, as I always do using the tip box, but he remained persistent.

This is swish, clean and the staff will do anything for you. We had a sleeper train for Hanoi to catch. Staff looked after our bags, gave us extra toilet and shower facilities so we could go out for excursions in the day and gave us plenty of recommendations for eating, drinking and touristing! They were just exceptional and could not do enough. They also spoke excellent English and understood my nuanced jokes! Rooms are tastefully decorated and the air con is heaven! I have stayed in very expensive hotels in Europe, claiming to be 4 star which would not touch this!

I travel to Vietnam every couple years but this was my first time in Hue (weekend trip away from working in Hanoi). I really enjoy boutique hotels like this one. It was located in a quiet alleyway, a plus in my opinion. Seemed to be another "reboot" type operation (recently renovated, newer setup) but really great staff and facilities and around the corner from the evening "walking street." David suggested and arranged a boat trip to the pagoda to fill some otherwise empty time in our itinerary. I would return to this property if in the Hue area again. I am hoping for their long run success!

Location & team were excellent. The reception team told us where we could use the swimming pool at an alternative hotel nearby. The final scenario was I left by over shoulder bag on departure with personal belongings. In taxi to airport and they called driver who stopped and they came on a Vespa with it 2 miles out. That is service & honesty for you 🙏🇻🇳
