I had a very nice stay. The room was perfect and very clean. There were no ants or other animals, as some people write here. The room is nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable, space to put your clothes in, large room with lots of space and a very nice bathroom. The hotel is located in a side street. So it is very quiet and you can't hear the noise. But it is also very central. Perfect location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They answer all questions about the city, give advice for restaurants and buying clothes. They also booked my trip to the next city. Everything worked out very well. The breakfast is fine. Pancakes with bananas. I liked it very much and you can order as much as you want. And you can watch the cook doing it, which was very interesting. The pancakes are made in a small stand (like the ones at the funfair). When I am in town again, I will be happy to come back. Note: The door is made of glass, but the light is switched off at night. It is not bright in the room.

Great central location with everything you need (good scooter rental, laundry, restaurants) nearby. Very friendly staff with good English and great value overall. The staff let me check into the room early which was very much appreciated.

The breakfast itself was fine but it would be much nicer if the food was prepared separately in a kitchen instead of a smaller booth within the dining area. This would give a nicer atmosphere to the dining area. If the breakfast were improved I'd be much more likely to stay again in the future.

In a great location in central Hue, walking distance to the main sites, and very close to Walking/Beer Street for a wide selection of restaurants, bars and entertainment. Very quiet though, as it is tucked away down a side alleyway. Breakfast included in the price with a reasonable selection of options. Staff (Huong) was super friendly and helpful, and spent quite a bit of time helping us plan our itinerary and giving us recommendations for restaurants, cafes and bars - thanks Huong! Overall great value for money.

Beds were really hard, even by Vietnam standards!! Otherwise everything was great.

Great location and was easily in walking distance from the walking street, river and imperial citadel. Loads of great places to eat around too. The staff were delightful and really friendly and helpful, providing tips on where to visit and how to save money.

I only spent one night at this place but if I had more time available I wouldn't hesitate to extend my stay here. The location was great, easy walking distance from the night bus drop off station, very central but at the same time tucked away in a little alley, so very quite. The room was comfy and clean with a fridge and good working air con. The lovely receptionist recommended and booked promptly a city tour for me at the day of my early arrival and for the next day a tour from Hue to Da Nang/Hoi An which I didn't know about and I truly enjoyed. I also had a great pedicure here. If I come back to Hue, I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed but only sheet no duvet. Fridge and kettle in room. Wi-Fi was good. Hot shower. Modern and clean room.

The aircon wasn’t great and as it was a room card, it took ages to get cold as you couldn’t leave it on in the day. There also wasn’t enough plugs, you couldn’t have the fridge, TV and fan all plugged in, only 2 plugs. They didn’t ask if we wanted a clean towel or any toilet paper and we stayed for 3 nights.

I loved the clean, modern look of rooms. The location is right in the center. So great. Also, everything was perfectly clean and prepared. The owner is extremely helpful. Not only with the sightseeing around the city but also helped me when I had my phone broken. He advised perfectly where to go and where to have it repaired. Even called a Grap for me with a nice discount.

Breakfast could be something else than 5 different kinds of omellet or eggs. But it was still nice.

Great location, nice clean room and the staff were helpful with recommending and booking tours. I booked an easy rider tour from Hue to Hoi An with Mr Nho through the hotel. The tour was great and he gave lots of information and recommendations.

Quite nice facilities, in a good central location in town but not too noisy. Front desk staff were quite helpful and nice. Bed was quite firm which suits me, but I imagine would be a bit too hard for others
