The staff are very friendly, discreet and helpful. The breakfast is very good and complete. The homemade passion fruit jam was excellent! The hotel is very well located, at the end of a very quiet alley. The room and bathroom are spacious, comfortable and clean.

The bed was very comfortable, room was nice, clean and well kept. The air-conditioning unit was relatively new and worked well. Hot water was plentiful. Cleaners were friendly and we always had fresh towels and water etc. The location is pretty good, close to the walking streets and the citadel and also its quiet, which is a rarity in Vietnam! The breakfast is good (although I didn't always make it down zzzz), they have a menu of different options, which will definitely get you ready for the day. Omelettes, fried rice and things like that. They have a lounge, I ordered food from the Grab app a few times and ate there, pretty handy! Last but not least, the staff....so so nice and friendly. They were so welcoming and accommodating. Look no further if you are considering booking a hotel on a budget in Hue. It’s tucked away down a little side street that is quiet enough to get a restful sleep but only a few minutes walk from lots of restaurants and bars. The staff are all exceptionally kind and helpful. They provided us with local activity and food recommendations, and we were also able to rent a scooter through the hotel. Our room was small, but had everything we could need for a couple of nights in the city. The weather was very hot through our stay but the AC was quiet and kept the room cool. Showers were hot and toiletries are provided in the bathroom, which although was a wet room it drained efficiently and dry out fairly quickly. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Vietnam, including pancakes and fruit, and finally a place that doesn’t use that awful tasting sugary bread for toast! This place does all the basics and does them really well.

The location was terrific allowing us to walk to the market and Citadel. It was central but hidden in an alley so very quiet at night. Our rooms were spacious and had a kettle, fridge and water. The staff were very helpful and spoke amazing English. The breakfast was nice and freshly made. For the price, location and service it was good.

The hotel is an old building without a lift so that might be difficult for some people. Our toilet was inside the shower so that was unusual and a little cramped. There was a slight old/mould smell in bathroom.

overall, it was a good experience. the hotel is not perfect but very good value for money: - Staff is very helpful and friendly (they went the extra mile to help us). they speak perfect English as well. they gave us excellent advice for hue - rooms are the cleanest we had in vietnam and everything was in good conditions - we could checking early and were kindly propose to take a shower after check out - We rent motobike there for 150k a day (seems to be same price as nearby bike rentals) and the bike was in good condition (the hotel provided us their own clean helmets)

- the shower is close to the toilets (wet toilets. very common in Asia) - Adding a trash can and tissues in the bedroom could be nice - No elevator (ok for us but could be difficult for people with mobility issue)

What a wonderful stay. The hotel is tucked back in a very safe alleyway, making it quiet to sleep at but still very close to good restaurants, shops and cafes. The rooms are big and clean, the hot water great, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is so friendly. Shoutout to Nhi for the great conversation and tips. They have helpful amenities in addition to the breakfast like laundry, motorbike rentals and travel services. Oh and they let us store our luggage after an overnight bus as well as check in at 10am since our room was ready. It felt like home when we came back every night from a fun time in Huế.

I had a wonderful stay at Hue Nino Hotel! The room was beautifully decorated in a charming, traditional Hue style, which added a unique and authentic touch to my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist, even helping to carry my luggage to the room. Upon check-in, I was warmly welcomed with a delicious glass of mango juice, which was a lovely gesture. The hotel's location in the heart of Hue's walking street made it easy to explore the bustling and vibrant surroundings. Despite being in such a lively area, the room itself was remarkably quiet and peaceful. Overall, my stay at Hue Nino was delightful, combining comfort, style, and excellent service.

The only downside of my stay at Hue Nino Hotel was the bathroom setup. There was no shelf to place soap, making it quite inconvenient as I had to balance the soap bottle on the water faucet every time I showered.

Had everything we needed. No lift though. Staff carried luggage up four floors.

Nothing wrong with the property. A staff member booked us afternoon tickets on the bus to Hoi An as requested. However the bus was a sleeper and needed repairs before we could leave 45 minutes later. On the outskirts of Hoi An, the driver put all of us out at an empty field, not a bus station. Two motorbike riders arrived, put our luggage on their bikes and told us to hop on for a ride to the hotel. We were very reluctant but they were quite insistent. We arrived safely but they charged much more than taxis or Grab. Were they friends of the driver? Whatever, I don’t recommend a Queen bus for travel. Hotel staff should be more careful about the company they book for guests’ travel.
