We loved this hotel! The decor was quirky and fun and all fitted with the fish theme, the rooms were spotless, and were tidied and cleaned each day, and the staff were super attentive and helpful, nothing too much trouble. They contacted us before we arrived and arranged a car to bring us from our previous hotel in Hoi An. The location is brilliant, a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars of Voi Thi Sau, (which is pedestrianised in the evenings), close to the river, and walking distance or a short Grab ride from the Imperial City.The hotel pool is tiny, but quite deep, and a cool and refreshing dip after the heat of the city during the day. We would highly recommend Chaleng Thai restaurant nearby (fabulous food) and Madam Thu restaurant for the famous Hue specialities. At the Imperial City, get an e -bike from just inside the entrance, or it's a lot of walking in the heat! We also had a brilliant family day out at Alba Thanh Hot Springs, air 50 mins away by taxi, which has an amazing zipwire, the longest in Vietnam, and water slides and swimming pools as well as the hot springs.

The hotel in itself is beautiful and the rooms are very nice and clean! The location is unbeatable and the staff are really nice!

The hotel is very loud due to it being family friendly which is understandable to a point. In addition there were building works starting at 7am every morning and we didn’t get any warning however they did apologise after i mentioned that we had been told it wasn’t going to continue for our whole stay and it did. We messaged the hotel prior to our arrival that we would be arriving early morning as per there request so they could have the room ready. However they kept us waiting in reception for 6 hours until bang on 2pm ( this may seem picky) but this has not happened to us once the 3 months we have been in vietnam! Finally there is no where to lay or even sit when coming out of the pool which put us off using it and usually it was full of children anyways.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They were very keen to support ok arrival and departure, plus offering support with onward plans. We already had everything planned but the offer and suggestions were nice. The design is cool and it's a nice environment to be in. Central location and within walking distance from most things. The neighbourhood is still quiet and feels safe.

The pool.is more of a design feature than a usable pool but still a nice addition. The bathroom drainage in our room could have done with some maintenance but not a huge issue. Nothing bad to say really, all round good experience.

This hotel was a hidden gem in Hue. It was down a very cute and safe alleyway which was a short walk from the waterfront and from the walking street in the evening. We loved this unique wee place. The staff went the extra mile to make us comfortable, providing and umbrella and storing our bags when we had a few hours after check out until our flight - they even showed us their downstairs bathroom and water facilities for us to freshen up hours after check out. Great value for money and fantastic location.

The pool was very small and was more for show than for use, I think it would be good for children if you are travelling as a family!

We arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, and since our room wasn't ready, they gave us a free upgrade. A truly appreciated gesture! The room was clean, with free water available, and the entire hotel has a truly unique atmosphere: it feels like being transported to another place, far from the chaos. After checking out (which we did early to visit the Imperial City and other attractions), we left our bags in the lobby, since our bus to Ninh Binh didn't leave until 8:00 PM. This meant spending the whole day and part of the night out, without the opportunity to shower after a truly intense and hot day. When we returned to the hotel around 6:30 PM to collect our bags, the girl at the front desk very kindly asked us if we wanted to shower before leaving. We couldn't believe it! We immediately accepted and felt reborn. It was a gesture we hadn't expected, not at all expected, and one we deeply appreciated. A sincere thank you for your availability, care, and kindness. Highly recommended!

One of the most beautiful hotels we stayed in on our trip. How this hotel is only rated 2 stars, I don't know! The rooms were exceptionally finished and the pool was spectacular. Not to mention the location. We would not have ventured to Hue if it wasn't for finding this delightful hotel - and we're so glad we did. The hotel is walking distance from the main street, and there are so many restaurants and bars to explore. The nightlife is great - not as hectic as Hoi An - but still enough people to make it interesting. Lots of history and culture in the area too, so strongly recommend a tour to the tombs and pagodas in the area. SO glad we made the trip north from Da Nang/Hoi An.

The place itself is bloody beyond beautiful. It's like stepping into a wes Anderson film. Location is good, central to business. Incredible Thai on the main street from the alley way. Staff were lovely, my husband got food poisoning from Maison Trang and they were super good, got him extra bedding and water free of charge. Normally we don't require use of a TV but he was poorly for days and so the netflix came in really handy for him.

The pool is extremely tiny, it's more for athletics. It's about 2 meters long. Can hear karaoke at night but that's everywhere in Vietnam, goes quiet at midnight.

The property and rooms were beautiful. The room was spacious and it had all the required facilities. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, they helped me make my partners birthday special.

The bed only had two pillows and it would have been nice to have two each. Some wall hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful too. There was a smell like dirty drains in the bathroom that was unpleasant. The cleaning staff member was also waiting outside our room and took the key off us straight away to go in, it just ruined the check out experience as we felt ushered out, despite leaving before the end of the check out period.

It was a lovely hotel that has a unique look. It was just one year old exactly when we stayed. The staff were super helpful and helped us get some local tourist things to do even at very short notice. The bathroom and the bed was fantastic, clean, comfortable and spotless. The pool area is right in the middle of where everyone comes in but it was lovely and refreshing when it was so hot. I love the green and white aesthetic.

The water in the shower was not warm. There was only cold. We were only there one night so it wasn't a big problem and we didn't mention it even. There is no breakfast at the hotel just to note. There was lots of bakeries, local foods etc at the end of the lane.

Our host was so incredibly welcoming and accomodating. We arrived after catching an overnight train and she allowed us to store our luggage, made us tea and showed us where the toilets and showers were to use as it was before our check in time. She also recommended sites for us to see and a restaurant to eat at around the corner which was really good and affordable. The staff even brought our bags up to room for us as we were out when the room become available. 10/10 service, highly recommend!
