We were given a clean and bright room on the top floor with 3 sides of large windows and a cute balcony with a small fish pond. As the place is tucked away in an alley (typical for small accommodation/homestay in Vietnam), it's very quiet at night. The location is great, within walking distance to the Imperial palace and the night market. All front desk staff are nice and speak good English, communication isn't an issue. I personally appreciate the full sized mirror at the door of the wardrobe, which is very handy. Air-con worked well and was reasonably quiet.

Great value for money. Very close to attractions, possibility of renting scooters at a good price. exceptionally nice and smiling staff 😀

Clean & comfortable room and furnishings, room a little bit small, but frig excellent, elec kettle, wardrobe, hot water, daily fresh towels and bottled water. Location in quiet side street close to vincom plaza, several 4.7-4.8 rated restaurants nearby and host friendly, greeting me every morning and night, more to my liking than touristic center.

As I mentioned room small 163 sqft. my room location 5th floor, elevator only went to 4th floor, strange, but not inconvenient.

Very good experience. Location of the hotel is very convenient and the staff was extremely friendly. They rent motorbikes in the hotel so you can explore better the city by yourself. They also helped me to rent a motorbike service from Hue to Hoi An, so I rode from Hue to Hoi An and they took our luggage to Hoi An, so we were able to explore Danang in the pathway.

Nice rooms ,very comfortable bed ,lots of hot water, nice showers, very friendly staff, lots of eateries in the alleyways ,Nina Cafe is so good walk out of hotel turn left then right, best eggs benidict I've ever had, loved staying at the Sunny A ,sad to leave

There's nothing to dislike at the Sunny A , a wonderful place to stay, absolutely loved it 😀

The room was clean & cosy but a little bit small to open our laggages. A/c worked well & confy bed. Shower had good water pressure. It was good the bed made just sheet as warm enough to sleep but enough duvets & blankets in the wardrobe just in case. Staff there were friendly & helpful. Plenty places to eat around. Good location, having said that it is cheap to hire a motor bike , it is good hire to save walking (esp inside citadel & market ) to get to the other side of the bridge, if you ride it. We used it again the evening to see the light up citadel.

Good size room, comfy bed and good air-conditioning. Very big bathroom which was a nice surprise! Able to check in early after arriving at 11am on the train from Ha Noi which was so kind of them! Very friendly reception staff. Perfect location for food places - notably Nina's Café and Restaurant, Family Home Restaurant and On Thu Wheels. All amazing places for breakfast,lunch or dinner! Only a 20 minute walk from the ancient citadel, and there's a Winmart in the nearby shopping mall (5 mins) to buy snacks/water if you need it.

Even on the the 3rd floor we had quite a few tiny ants appearing every now and again - not really an issue, just an inevitably of older buildings and weather sealing.

Clean rooms, good hot water pressure in the shower, changed our towels every day. Good location in a quiet alley so it's completely isolated from street noise . Kind and professional staff that speak fluent English and rented us a brand new motorcycle and organized us a transfer to the airport, all in very good prices.

Location was great, bed comfortable but i would add proper duvet for winter period, it would be micer. My whole experience was nice, room specious and great zone to sit down as well and do work if needed. Nearby, everything one can need. I walked a lot during my stay as a lot of the things are nearby. Staff were very happy to help me in getting the bus to my next destination. Highly recommend!

My room had a balcony overlooking the alleyway. It had plenty of windows and was spacious enough. Overall there was a "vacation" vibe to the hotel that many other places in Vietnam lack. Perhaps it was the clean, breezy look and the plants in the hallway.

The bathroom was on the small side but was commensurate with the price.
