The place is close to the walking street and has restaurants/cafes around. The room was simple but with a huge bed and the staff was very friendly with us. Happy with our stay!

I like the location and the staff. They are very friendly, warm and extremely helpful especially Huyen Trang, Tran Hoai. I am very happy to recommend this hotel to my friends and family members. If I come here again, I would definitely stay at this particular hotel or another branch of theirs. Thank you so much for making my trip to Hue pleasant and memorable!

A few hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom would be great!

Balcony room was very spacious with working AC and smart TV. Excellent value for money. There’s a basic 24/7 mini mart next to the property. A special thanks to one of the reception staff, Chau, who couriered a parcel of something I forgot in the room at no additional cost - now that’s service! Would definitely stay again

The mattress was honestly hard as a rock but I slept great on it for some reason 😂

The hotel is different from the others I looked at in the area the rooms felt homely and not like staying in a hotel. It's in a great location to not be loud from the walking street but able to walk there in under 10 minutes. There had been an issue on booking.coms end so we had to move rooms on the second day, we were given an upgraded room that was beautiful (so was the first room) with big windows, a great, big bed and spotlessly clean. What made my stay so great was the lovely woman at reception, Huyen Trang who made me feel like an old friend and was always able to help with any questions or needs we had during our stay.

A few chairs on the upper balcony would be great to sit out on.

Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Reception area is clean and comfortable and staff helpful. Good value

Bathroom sink is cracked. The bathroom sink area and bathroom floor corners not clean. There was no kettle or mugs to make hot drink. You have to go downstairs to get hot water in a glass which gets really hot to hold.

Very nice rooms and good WC / shower. The cafe/restaurant next door is quite handy and serves delicious meals.

The sound insulation is not great so we heard a lot of noises from outside.

It was a good stay for 1 night, the location is really great and unlike some people perhaps, we really enjoy a hard bed. The staff is very friendly.

The bathroom I thought was small and dark and the shower almost above the toilet means everything gets wet but it's quite usual for a small local hotel so expected

I like that the staff were attentive at the desk for flexible check-in. They even gave us an umbrella to borrow when it was raining. The bed was really comfortable.

There was wear and tear on the bedsheets and the bed cover. There were also stains on the bed that my family was using.

Excellent location. Close to the old town but on a ordinary neighbourhood with plenty of good choices for food and coffee. Personal is helpful and accommodation.

Well looked after, had a lift. Was very clean. Nice friendly staff. Good place to stay. Value for money.
