Breakfast was delightful and the breakfast host man in charge was so helpful and efficient, room was clean and the receptionist Serena went above and beyond to help us.

Communication regarding bus transport could have been better. We were left on the side of the road for the better part of an hour at an undisclosed location, with no idea what was happening… the first driver left with our bags…it would have been nice to know a bit more about the schedule, please.

Inadequate lift but they had signs everywhere warning of the problem and suggested taking stairs - but we were on 8th floor 😌 Just allow plenty of time - took us 15 mins to descend.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating with leaving luggage and arranging alternative check in time. The room was lovely, a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was varied and all the food I had was tasty.

I was woken up around 6am as the room was next to the staircase and there was constant noise so it was difficult to get back to sleep. The gym was disappointing - the treadmill kept jerking so wasn't safe to use, and the elliptical and cycle machines were not working.

We arrived quite late in the evening but were welcomed so kindly by Ms. Serena. She immediately made us feel at home, giving us tips on where to eat, what to see, how to get around, and even how much things usually cost in Hue. The hotel is in a great spot, quiet and peaceful, but just a short walk from the lively streets full of cafés and restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices from both Vietnamese and international food. We actually ended up extending our stay. Everyone was lovely, and the whole experience made our time in Hue even more special. We’d happily come back here again!

All is great

This hotel was my little luxury stay, (without breaking the bank) in Vietnam. There was space to move around in the room without feeling crammed in, and the bed was comfortable. There was a wonderful waiter on duty when I went for breakfast, who brought me my cup of tea and would keep my cup full. Cherish actually had the best breakfast of the accommodations I stayed in that offered breakfasts. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful along with the door man who carried my bags down and delivered them to my room on arrival. Great location for walking to the riverfront and walk street at night. Cherish hotel would be my first choice to stay anytime I am in Hue.

Nice clean hotel very welcoming staff and helpful. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a good hot shower. The balcony you can stand on but not enough room to sit but this isn’t an issue. The rooms were cleaned each day and tea and coffee re stocked. We got a complimentary plate of fruit each day which is a nice touch. The swimming pool is ideal for a cool off dip. No sun loungers but they do have chairs. The breakfast is a really good choice for all nationalities with a huge area so you never struggle to get a table with a view. The breakfast staff were really attentive always asking if everything was ok. All in all this hotel in my opinion is really good value for money. It’s in a good location for walking to eateries and a nice river walk. We would definitely stay again if we visit hue again.

Our king room with balcony was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet included plenty of both Western and Asian options, including eggs to order. We made use of the gym, which included enough equipment for cardio, light weights workout. Good location, walkable to the river and to the pedestrian street area with its many restaurants and shops. The staff were attentive and helpful with maps, directions around town and suggestions for sightseeing.

The Wi-Fi was spotty—good one day and frequently dropped connections another day. The gym equipment was not all in working order. No power to the stationary bicycle or elliptical machine. Treadmill worked great. The balcony would be more enjoyable with a couple of chairs and small table.

Staff were excellent and couldn’t be more friendly or helpful! During our 4 week stay, they gave us great recommendations on activities and tours, as well as providing transfers to and from the airport. Breakfast was also very good, with a variety of western and Vietnamese options. Room was always left very clean, with complementary water and fresh fruit each day.

Pool was small with only 3 sun loungers, but it was usually very quiet. There was no furniture on the balcony, so needed to bring furniture from room outside.

The staff were extremely accommodating for us after a weather-related travel delay. Everyone was SO friendly and helpful, the hotel was wonderful; we had a comfortable, quiet room and in the morning found an excellent breakfast selection and service! The coordination with transfer travel and luggage storage just made our stay even more convenient. Mystie ensured we knew the best spots for coffee, other highlights of the area, and how to get around.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and best of all spacious and not crowded. Staff were very friendly and most helpfull, couldnt have asked for more.

Lifts seemed to have a mind of there own, sometimes slow mainly because the hotel was busy at peak times. Internet was VERY slow with severe buffering at times. Unfortunately when we tried making bookings.
