This is a clear 10 out of 10. The best hotel we have stayed in 10 weeks into our journey (so we stayed in a lot already). Everything just fits here. Quiet location yet central, lovely staff, lift, comfy beds, aircon, fan, great shower, daily housekeeping, nice balcony. There is a tv, but we haven't tried it, so I don't know if there are international channels. I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is close to perfect.

Very clean, very comfortable bed. Quiet, decent location. Nice bathroom that dried very well. We’ve stayed in a few places where the rooms gets a bit damp, so this was great.

Great place to stay in Hue and incredible value for money. Its tucked down a lovely quiet lane just outside to main tourist area. walking distance from the imperial palace. The room was spotlessly clean with great shower, AC and balcony. Two excellent restaurants just opposite. The staff were truly lovely and very informative and helpful. The lady sorted out my onward train travel to Danang on the picturesque railway line so that I was in a forward facing seat on the scenic side of the train. I was having trouble doing this myself online. The tickets turned out much cheaper as well. They also sort out good quality tours at a good price. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay there

Good location. Low price, you get what you pay for. Has a lift.

We had booked a family room even though there was only 2 of us, had there actually been four of us it would have been a real squeeze as the other double bed had no space round the sides for getting in and out of bed. Bathroom very out dated, and was a bath tub with a shower hose you had to hold, which when we got there leaked everywhere all over the floor, we had to tighten it all up to make usable. Balcony door didn't lock properly, with only a very low wall to next room, which the front door was left open to for the first night as no one staying in it so was a bit of a worry someone could have easily got into our room. The light in the hallway seemed to keep flickering on during night shining through top of door.

The location was great, on a very quiet alleyway. I was given a high floor as requested. The staff were super friendly. WiFi worked well. Plenty of good food options close by.

The room was a little dusty around the edges. The towels were the thinnest I’ve ever had in a hotel - transparent and very small. They need replacing. The shower was very difficult to use. Too low to stand under and the curtain was only on one side of the bathtub so water went down the other side onto the floor.

Soundproof windows and balcony door! Love the balcony. And they even provided two soft pillows - one low and one high. The hot water in the shower is AMAZINGLY hot.

They should install a door latch from the inside of the room door for safety. And the toilet floor is SUPER SUPER slippery when even slightly wet which is SUPER dangerous especially more so when you have to climb in and out of the long bath. There should be grab bars in the toilet.

Great value and location away from main tourist area but close enough to be in the centre of things. Clean room and comfortable bed. Very, very friendly and helpful staff who helped me book an inexpensive day tour which turned out to be so much fun.

Unfortunately a little noisey due to construction next door in the morning - but as I was out during the day so not a huge problem.

We stayed there for two nights and it was a quick but nice stay. The location is good and the room was clean. They provided us each with a bottle of water on the first day and free toiletries. The room had a kettle and a mini fridge and everything matched with the description on Booking. The staff was very kind and helpful.

A hidden gem in Hue! We had a lovely stay here the room was massive and the beds so comfy! tThe owner helped us plan our 1 full day in Hue and we rented a moped from her which was a lot cheaper than taxis! We got to use a shower before our evening bus which the owner helped us book and waited with us until it arrived Opposite the hotel there is a little cafe which does the best breakfast (try the shakshuka!)

- our room was huge for just two of us we had two double beds and a balcony. - bathroom also had a bath and shower! Was a lovely surprise. All very clean - staff were very nice and helpful - able to hire a motorbike while there. We did had a flat tire but I rang them and someone came and sorted it straight away - booked our transport on with them. No issues. - laundry service - left my charger in the room and didn’t notice. They left it with my bags waiting for me!

- could hear people in other rooms walking about but can’t be helped - overall great stay :)
