Felt very homey, comfortable, welcoming and safe. The decor is really nice and the rooms lovely to relax in.

I'm here for the 4th time, because I'm in Da Nang, so whenever I'm free or bored, I always come to Hue to play. Who said Hue is sad, but I don't see it. This place has its own character that makes me flutter every time I come. Even Thuy Duong Hotel, because it has something very personal, very Hue and very Vietnamese. Thank you for bringing this cultural value through the accommodation service. Wish the hotel more and more crowded and known by many people!

This was a really nice hotel in a good location. Checked in last minute and they were very accommodating. I could also leave my luggage for a few hours the next day.

Bed was quite uncomfortable. Check out said between 12:00-12:30, someone came knocking on my door at 12:05 shouting at me to check out and again at 12:15. I tried to explain but they seemed to be in a rush for me to leave.

I was only there one night but I wish I had gone there earlier. Great value for the money. The room was great and the staff , mainly the lovely lady at reception, was really helpful. I had booked a mini van to go from Hue to Hoian and thought I had been scammed as there was no one at the given address when I showed up. Went back to the hotel Receptionist and she made a bunch of calls and sorted it out, so grateful.

Room was spacious with good airconditioning system. Location is very central you can walk to the river or the walking street in like 5-10 mins or, you can easily get a grab car or a taxi. Feel free to ask the staff about info and how to get to the main sights of Hue, they even pinpointed the locations on my grab-app. They arranged a taxi for our departure at the airport. Friendly staff that knows some english- google translate can also help.

I am a foreigner and a tiktoker, I specialize in reviewing outstanding destinations in the cities I go through. It was a surprise when I arrived here, the hotel space is beautifully designed, a compliment to the aesthetic taste of the hotel owner. The staff here is very enthusiastic, I forgot to bring the charger and was loaned by my friends overnight. Moreover, the hotel is also considered an ideal check-in point, just rent a royal-style suit to have beautiful photos right away. Should try the experience here.

THE ROOM HAS ITS ONLY WINDOW ON A PUBLIC CORRIDOR SO YOU PRACTICALLY CANT HAVE NATURAL LIGHT IN THE ROOM UNLESS YOU WANT OTHER PEOPLE TO LOOK INSIDE

Fantastic new hotel. Beautifully appointed rooms and facilities. My room had been upgraded prior to my arrival by the hotel, it was amazing. The staff were welcoming, professional and easy to communicate with. Every-thing within the hotel was immaculate. Will most definitely return and cannot recommend more highly.

Overall, we had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment we entered to the moment we left, we received fantastic service from the kind and helpful staff members. The room was clean and comfortable with great amenities. The staff went above and beyond, allowing us to store our luggage during the day after check out and letting us use the bathroom to change out of our wet clothes. Exceptional value for money, would definitely recommend!

Staff were very friendly and helpful and and willing to assist with any request.The location of the hotel was excellent and is located in the centre of everything.The room was clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed.
