This hotel was lovely, great review and it was located on Walking street meaning from 6pm it’s all bars and live music but don’t worry they stop around 10pm so everyone can sleep! But honestly the man working there was so helpful and lovely. He let us check in early as we were straight from an overnight bus and we’re desperate to change and shower. He also told us where to go for coffee and all about walking street. The room was pleasant, clean lovely bathroom and no cat fishing and all so cheap! I really recommend as other places look more grand in imagery but are total cat fishers! So chose this place as it is honest and humble. Would stay here again!

Nothing it was pretty much everything we needed

The room was spacious, and we got a balcony! Fridge in the room that was cold, the bathroom... Best one yet! Hot water, lots of pressure and big. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. They gave us maps and offered recommendations. They even allowed us to check in at 9am, no extra charge. This was really helpful when arriving via night bus.

Only small grumbles is the bed was hard, but I find this everywhere in Vietnam. We also couldn't turn the light off on the water heater, so the room lit up at night, but nothing major!

Excellent room, huge shower, street not too busy, great balcony, great WiFi. Excellent coffee in the restaurant below, 1.2km out of the "Main drag", but plenty of street food, and a quality restaurant on the hotel road.

the managers/owners are just so helpful, happy and willing to help all the time. l arrived on the motorbike absolutely drenched after a big days ride and they came out in the rain to help me with my bags. They quickly checked me in, didn’t ask for payment and just told me to relax and have a hot shower. l was only booked in for a night tho l ended up staying 3nights. l had the corner room on 2nd floor which was a large room with tiny balcony and many windows for different angles of the streets below which was great. excellent value and highly recommend. l liked the location as there was a lot very close by and when it’s raining that is very convenient. Cinema complex right next door, convenience stores within 1min and fresh produce right around the corner. thank you again for such amazing hospitality and kindness throughout my stay.

hot water was limited and no heating tho this is common in Vietnam

It’s positioned nicely for walking. It’s actually on the “walking” street which is a family event on the weekends. Lots of fun

The property is clean, nice location but it’s real gem is the staff who are very helpful, kind and truly enjoy serving customers

This is a perfect choice for us. We have three people and booked a deluxe room with a city view. The room was clean and neat, and customer service was excellent. They helped us to discover and guide us through the city. Plus, we also have breakfast beside the hotel. We all had salty coffee, and that was fabulous.

Good hotel which doubles up as a cafe. Good staff and had no overall issues. Rooms were big and offered laundry and decent motorbike rental prices

Location probaly not ideal for tourists staying for a short time

Nice Room and perfect location in Hue . That’s why I back in this hotel when i have time . This street will becoming a Walking Center next time. Nice budget hotel with helpful staff + Rooms are good size. About 10 mins walk to the citadel and going out area with many Local foods. Staff s helpful in organising tours and The owner so polite , friendly.

The Room was a good size and the hotel was in a good location. The cafe downstairs had excellent drinks as well.
