The staff were outstanding. When I arrived Linh took the time to show me on a map the tourist sights, where to eat and how to get there. Later when I needed assistance with local knowledge and taxi Lam took extra time to help. The hotel was very close to Citadel, river and good places to eat. It was about 1 1/2kms from tourist walking street. Easy to get Grab to the tombs from here. The rooms were clean, had kettle, fridge & good wifi. Good Breakfast included. Certainly good value. Highly recommend 👍

I have to have a window- if you are like me be careful when booking as some rooms don’t have one. I didn’t realise that there were rooms without windows ( not specified on booking info) but once I realised I was upgraded to a room with a window, again by very helpful reception staff

The room was beautiful and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and the stuff was helpful. They especially gave us great advice for local restaurants. We could rent bicycles and they also offer motorbike renting. The location is perfect to visit the citadel and there are many restaurants close by.

The bikes could be a bit cheaper and their condition could be better, but it was okay.

The coffee was excellent The omelette was excellent I was disappointed when in the menu we were only allowed “ one choice” but they were wonderful in granting extra eggs in the omelette and on the day we checked out we were to have coffee or tea AND a juice The staff were extremely friendly and professional and approachable. Lam - the front desk staff went above and beyond helping us book train tickets etc etc. all the staff smiled with warm greetings every time we came or left the hotel. The rooms were spotless and the shower had nice hot water( and a large bathroom). There was lots of cupboard space as well! I am sorry I didn’t take pictures of our room but for once the pictures on booking actually matched the room we got.

We did find the bed to be very hard and uncomfortable.

We were in Hue for less than 24 hour en route to Da Nang. We arrived at the hotel very early, thinking it would be too early to check in, but hearing that we had just gotten off the overnight sleeper train and we had to head out at 5am the next morning, the lovely staff got a room ready for us to check in early to at no extra charge! They also prepared a takeaway breakfast for us to bring on our early morning train the next day. Really outstanding and friendly service! The hotel itself was really lovely and our room had a view of the citadel, which was neat. The location was perfect for us, a short ride to the train station and an even shorter walk to a lot of the sights of Hue. The only downside I can possibly think of is that the mattress was a bit on the firm side. This wasn’t a problem for us, but something to know in advance if you’re particular about how soft you like your bed. Once again, just want to say how incredibly kind and hospitable the staff were, and they gave great food and sightseeing recommendations! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting this neat city!!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. From our room #310 we had a good view of the walls of the imperial city. The room had big windows and was very quiet. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and always wanted to make sure we were OK, and we had what we needed. The hotel was extremely well located. It took us just 10 minutes to walk to the entrance of the imperial city. On the opposite side of the hotel, also very close, was a bridge crossing the Perfume River. There were walkways on either side along the river.

Had a lovely couple of nights here. Very comfortable bed, clean room, nice breakfast and really friendly staff - one of them sat down with me and talked me through a map of the area, suggested places to visit and how to get there, which I really appreciated. I was also able to store my luggage here all day when I checked out. The location is also perfect, the imperial city is literally around the corner, just a couple of minutes walking, and you can cross the bridge to the main city centre in around 15 mins. Would definitely recommend :)

My stay at SOLEIL BOUTIQUE Hue was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel is truly remarkable. The rooms are a seamless blend of luxury and comfort, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was unforgettable. The location is fantastic, offering both tranquility and easy access to the city’s highlights. The dining was a culinary delight – every meal was a masterpiece. I can’t recommend SOLEIL BOUTIQUE Hue enough – it’s a slice of paradise that I’m already planning to return to!

First of all I would like to send special thanks to Vi, Linh, and Lom for great hospitality and extreme kindness. These beautiful ladies made my trip so memorable by booking amazing day tours and care they gave to a solo traveller like me visiting Vietnam for the first time. They made me the best egg cafe I had and arranged a tour in my last day with knowledgeable tour guide along with making sure I arrived safely at airport ontime. The facility was clean, tidy and I had a best view in the hotel. Thank you again for your kindness. I highly recommend this hotel to shine your trip.

Everything was great. I've arrived very early, and the staff was very friendly, they provided me an ice water, and offered a breakfast. Helped me to find marked I needed, and offered free early check-in. Room was quite nice and comfy, there was a laptop-table to work if one needs it, all the facilities was ok and in good condition, bed was quite soft, there was a fan and AC working well. Staff was always helpful, if you need anything - they'll try to help you. I've rented bike from reception a day prior, and it appeared to be a new honda scooter for only 150k/day. Breakfast was not like a huge selection, but anyway I tried something new everyday for the whole week, and it was really tasty. It's located right near the south entrance to the Hue Imperial Citadel, and I've used to walk in the morning in that part of the city, and really enjoyed it.

Nothing to mention really. Maybe the ants in the hotel was a little annoying, but no a big deal there anyway...

The hotel is located directly in the city centre, you can reach the citadel in a matter of minutes by foot. The hotel is clean, the rooms and bathrooms have a comfortable size. While the breakfast options were a bit sparse, it was tasty, but I really liked the coffee that is served for breakfast since they have their own cafe and a good selection of western and vietnamese cafes.

Toilet paper is too thin for my taste and will dissolve as well as stick to the skin, especially when used after the bidet to dry up.
