The staff were outstanding. When I arrived Linh took the time to show me on a map the tourist sights, where to eat and how to get there. Later when I needed assistance with local knowledge and taxi Lam took extra time to help. The hotel was very close to Citadel, river and good places to eat. It was about 1 1/2kms from tourist walking street. Easy to get Grab to the tombs from here. The rooms were clean, had kettle, fridge & good wifi. Good Breakfast included. Certainly good value. Highly recommend 👍

I have to have a window- if you are like me be careful when booking as some rooms don’t have one. I didn’t realise that there were rooms without windows ( not specified on booking info) but once I realised I was upgraded to a room with a window, again by very helpful reception staff

The room was beautiful and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and the stuff was helpful. They especially gave us great advice for local restaurants. We could rent bicycles and they also offer motorbike renting. The location is perfect to visit the citadel and there are many restaurants close by.

The bikes could be a bit cheaper and their condition could be better, but it was okay.

Lovely place just around the corner of the Citadel, the most interesting site to visit in town. Staff is great: polite, warm and professional. Our room at the third floor was very nice and clean, and beds were very comfy. Breakfast very tasty and with different options to choose, including delicious drinks and coffees. Prices on the menu are totally reasonable and in line with prices in all other bars and restaurants in town. We used also the laundry service they offer at a very good price (30.000d/1 kg) and our clothes came out perfectly cleaned and fragrant. I would definetely recommend to stay here!

Very good, charming old style hotel with well-furnished and clean rooms, the receptionists are very nice and helpful, i booked an excellent tour in the Dmz at a better price than booking it online and they had other interesting tours too, good and cheap laundry service and excellent scooter renting available. The breakfast was good and abundant, with fresh fruit and many options, vietnamese ones and the typical egg based western ones. The bed was comfy and even tho the hotel is near a busy road i slept well. It is located near the imperial citadel, i think it's the best part of this cool city since on the other side of the river there is a quite touristy district. The market (and a good, big supermarket) is less than 10 minutes away on foot. I would definitely book this hotel again when i'll come back to Hue.

The coffee was excellent The omelette was excellent I was disappointed when in the menu we were only allowed “ one choice” but they were wonderful in granting extra eggs in the omelette and on the day we checked out we were to have coffee or tea AND a juice The staff were extremely friendly and professional and approachable. Lam - the front desk staff went above and beyond helping us book train tickets etc etc. all the staff smiled with warm greetings every time we came or left the hotel. The rooms were spotless and the shower had nice hot water( and a large bathroom). There was lots of cupboard space as well! I am sorry I didn’t take pictures of our room but for once the pictures on booking actually matched the room we got.

We did find the bed to be very hard and uncomfortable.

Simple hotel, clean, 5 min walk to the Imperial city, 5 min walk to the river than one can walk along with nice green space. The lobby reminded me a bit of Cuba which was funny but very cool. The staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant they recommended at the back of the hotel was very good (I think Fastfood 21). There is a big parking lot for busses right in front of the hotel. We even got breakfast to go (incl. fresh coffee) when we had to leave for the airport at 5am.

The hotel is much better inside than one might think from the outside. So don't be put off.

We were in Hue for less than 24 hour en route to Da Nang. We arrived at the hotel very early, thinking it would be too early to check in, but hearing that we had just gotten off the overnight sleeper train and we had to head out at 5am the next morning, the lovely staff got a room ready for us to check in early to at no extra charge! They also prepared a takeaway breakfast for us to bring on our early morning train the next day. Really outstanding and friendly service! The hotel itself was really lovely and our room had a view of the citadel, which was neat. The location was perfect for us, a short ride to the train station and an even shorter walk to a lot of the sights of Hue. The only downside I can possibly think of is that the mattress was a bit on the firm side. This wasn’t a problem for us, but something to know in advance if you’re particular about how soft you like your bed. Once again, just want to say how incredibly kind and hospitable the staff were, and they gave great food and sightseeing recommendations! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting this neat city!!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. From our room #310 we had a good view of the walls of the imperial city. The room had big windows and was very quiet. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and always wanted to make sure we were OK, and we had what we needed. The hotel was extremely well located. It took us just 10 minutes to walk to the entrance of the imperial city. On the opposite side of the hotel, also very close, was a bridge crossing the Perfume River. There were walkways on either side along the river.

Had a lovely couple of nights here. Very comfortable bed, clean room, nice breakfast and really friendly staff - one of them sat down with me and talked me through a map of the area, suggested places to visit and how to get there, which I really appreciated. I was also able to store my luggage here all day when I checked out. The location is also perfect, the imperial city is literally around the corner, just a couple of minutes walking, and you can cross the bridge to the main city centre in around 15 mins. Would definitely recommend :)
