The hotel was very well decorated and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was every nice with many options. The pool was amazing! The location is close to the imperial city (15 mins walk) but far away from any shops or restaurants.

The staff were standoffish and not as welcoming as other hotels we had stayed in. The bathrooms were open to the room (no walls just glass panels) and high I didn’t prefer.

Nice hotel, walking distance from most things. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a great view over the river. It was pouring with rain so we didn’t use the pool, but breakfast was good and the rooftop bar was great. The family suite was 2br/2bathroom and had a small lounge area. The issue was that both rooms have double beds which wasn’t ideal for us - 16 yr girl not keen on sharing bed with her 11yr old brother… we had to get a portable bed set up in the lounge room which costs $500k dong p/n. Not that big of a deal but just sharing as an FYI. The staff were always helpful and lovely.

Having a double bed instead of single beds in the second bedroom of a family suite is not ideal with older kids.

Location is the main positive point and reason to book this hotel. Close to the superb Nguyen Dinh Chieu walking street and the Truong Tien bridge. Our room was on the 15th floor with view to the river and it was delightful. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The Bun bo Hue at breakfast was surprisingly better than the one they served à la carte at supper time The minus: The bathtub-shower, there is no way to avoid splashing water everywhere around the bathtub. The housekeeper didn't come to clean our room on our 2nd day and we press the button for that thrice. The service at the frontdesk was impersonal.

The hotel staff was very friendly and considerate. I had a suite on the top floor, and it was huge. Two bathrooms, small kitchen, living area, and dedicated bedroom. The hotel breakfast was fine and decent with many options.

I did not really like my lunch or dinners at the hotel. Very over priced and poor quality food. I would strongly recommend eating lunch and dinner at proper restaurants around town. One night on the roof top bar just one floor up they played VERY loud music after 10PM, which I did not like. They one morning from 7:45-8:45 there was some type of loud music or something playing yet again.

The facility was two very short blocks the Trang Tien bridge. We had a family room with a king bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in the other, and a double sofabed in the living room. They were able to provide an adjacent regular room with a queen bed for us as well. Breakfast buffet with plenty of variety, including vegetarian options, which was important for one of our members. The staff were amazing, everyone was polite, accommodating, and very helpful with local knowledge.

We were given vouchers for the daily breakfast buffet. This was an inconvenience, as you have to remember to bring them to the buffet.

There was nothing not to like about the White Lotus. The hotel has a "new" feel to it as everything was so clean and sparkling. The location was great, close to the main strip. The two bedroom family suite was very spacious and comfortable. We had a great view of the river and bridges from both our bedrooms. Both the bathrooms were spacious as well. The breakfast spread was extensive. We just didnt have enough time to enjoy since we stayed here only for one night. The pool is very big however had a lemony taste to the water, which could sting on sensitive skin or eyes.

I had a fantastic stay at White Lotus Hotel Hue! The highlight of my experience was the breathtaking view from my room—overlooking the serene river and the vibrant cityscape, especially at sunset. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering both comfort and elegance. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Hue’s historic sites, and the breakfast selection was delicious with plenty of variety. Waking up to such a stunning view every morning made my stay truly memorable—I would love to return!

The White Lotus exceeded our expectations. The room we were in had the most incredible view of the Perfume River. Our room was super comfortable and clean and well designed. The White Lotus also made an effort and provided us with a lovely cake for our honeymoon. The amenities, gym and pool were all really great. My wife and I loved the local foods for breakfast and really enjoyed the Bun Bo Hue, the Banh Beo alongside with all the other choices. We loved taking walks along the perfume river in the eve which was incredibly stunning.

The property is lovely, well kept, and very clean and sparkling. All of the staff were amazing, supportive, and helpful. The property is in a very good location. The views, pool and patio are beautiful. Loved being outside there. Very good breakfast buffet, too.

The room seemed a little small for the money that we paid. But we made it all work out. I did not like being delayed from leaving after checking out. I was told that staff was going to check my room to make sure I didn’t forget anything. That’s not the truth. The delay must be so that staff can make sure we didn’t take anything and given the quality level of this hotel, I don’t think it’s nice to treat clients that way. We never take anything that is not ours. The staff tried to be cheerful about it, but it seemed dishonest to say they were checking to make sure that we didn’t leave anything behind.

The hotel is really beautiful, we were very happy with our choice. I believe this is one of the best places to stay in Hue. We spend a few days sightseeing and we regretted not staying a few more days, but our schedule was quite packed. We loved the place, everything was really clean and the service was outstanding. The breakfast that they have available is really delicious, you have a lot of diversity and also a chef that also prepares some hot meals. We didn't get a chance to go to the pool, but we would have surely enjoyed it if we did have time. We particularly like the bed, it was quite large and very comfortable, what we needed after a full day of visiting.
