Great location in an authentic corner of Hue right next to the Imperial City. It's a beautiful building with a nice pool and great showers in the rooms. The rooftop is wonderful but wasn't mentioned when we arrived — it's got a lot of potential! There's a great, charming coffee place around the corner on the street parallel to the hotel's alleyway. It's just one street over to the east.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but it was sometimes a challenge to communicate. The breakfast was definitely the weakest element both in terms of the service and food. If the hotel had a better breakfast and coffee I would definitely have come back, I really liked the place.

- Hotel was gorgeous, beds were very comfortable. The best room we’d had on our Vietnam trip! - Breakfast was good but a bit small compared to other places we had stayed at which were cheaper. - Location is lovely and quiet, the alleyway is lit up with beautiful lanterns at night. Something to bare in mind is that cars can’t get down that street.

- Check in was a bit disorganised as not many of the staff speak very good English. I filled a form out when I arrived and left my bags, when I came back to check in properly the other staff member couldn’t find that sheet (we found it later). Then before dinner someone knocked on my room asking me to fill it in again. - Not many restaurants in the area but obviously you can use Grab

We loved the hotel. Tucked down an alleyway in a more local area, welcomed at night by lanterns strung across the street. Really lovely clean and spacious room. Two big comfy double beds! Good shower and great facilities in the room. In a great position right next to the Imperial City site. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly, although we did need to resort to google translate when checking in! Nice breakfast - we had the local pho dish. Really wanted a swim in the gorgeous pool but it was a bit cold and rainy!

My only criticism would be it would be nice to have juice and coffee out at breakfast so people can have both or can take more coffee.

I booked another accomodation and arrived at midnight. It was not what i booked and i did not feel safe so i needed to search for a place really fast. Thats how I foumd 1962 Garden Inn. I arrived there 1am and I could check in, got a beautiful and comfortable room. In the morning, the manager greeted me and apologized for the check in process (the man in the night did not speak english but it was nothing bad) and allowed me to leave my bag there and packed me snacks and water for my travels. I was beyond grateful that i found a safe and amazing place in the middle of the night!

Our family had amazing 4-day stay at 75 Garden Inn. It is a new homestay right at the heart of Hue. You can literally walk out of the alley and you can see the Imperial City of Hue in front of you. It is very new and has everything you need of a relaxing stay, a pool, a room full of services, great cleaniness. The manager and staff were super friendly. They provided our family with great services and extra guidance for sightseeing and assistance for travel. Definitely will come back to 75 Garden Inn for next visit 💚

Nice room with balcony and outdoor chairs. Good shower. Charming people who run the hotel. They don’t speak English but easy to communicate with translator. Breakfast was included, but basic. Choice of Vietnamese Pho or fried eggs, and baguette, plus watermelon coffee and orange juice

Our first room had no proper window it looked onto a concrete wall, but when we said we didn’t like it they changed us to another room which was very good

We were one of the first guests to stay here and it was absolute fantastic. The pool was beautifully refreshing after our drive from Da Nang. They are located a short walk from the citadel and it was a beautiful place to walk around in the evening. The rooms were bright, airy, clean and had everything you could possibly need (Strong AC, fans, fridge, strong water pressure, lights) and he even had added a reusable bag and umbrella if you needed to go to the shops or carry anything extra. The breakfast was delicious, eggs, sausage and bread. Everything was so easy, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Mr Tung has excellent English and great travel stories. I will 100% be back here next time I'm in Hue and will be recommending to everyone I know. 10/10

The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful swimming pool. Each room has a balcony and there is a stunning rooftop where you can watch the sun set over the mountains. The hotel is located in the old city walls, very close to the citadel and lotus lakes. The service was exceptional!

The hotel is not located in the main night walking street area, but it is a short taxi ride away. I preferred to stay in the historic city closer to the citadel, so this wasn't a problem for me.

Lovely small hotel in a beautifully decorated building hidden away in a small alley right next to the citadel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean with a large balcony just around the side. Breakfast was ample and tasty - you could choose between the local specialty beef soup bun bo hue or eggs. This was accompanied by crusty bread rolls, jam, yoghurt and fresh watermelon. We would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the imperial Citadel, but not so much to the leisure area for restaurants and bars, so keep that in mind. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they even took care of the laundry for us for a fair price. The room was big, confortable and clean, and with a nice balcony toy the street. The bed were incredibly comfortable.

They didn't have much of a choice for the breakfast menu. But apart of that everything was pretty good.
