Absolutely outstanding! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the superb staff made us feel welcome, going above and beyond in every manner to ensure our experience was perfect. The breakfast spread was a highlight—delicious and varied, catering to every taste. The facilities are unrivaled, with numerous sparkling pools, a fantastic kids' club, and a luxurious spa that made relaxation easy. Dining options were plentiful, with exceptional restaurants that never disappointed. A fun surprise was the on-site cinema, which added a wonderful twist to our evenings. No request was too big or too small for the attentive staff; they truly made our stay memorable. A special shout-out to Toan, the general manager, whose leadership clearly shines through in the service provided. This hotel is undeniably a true 5-star establishment, and we can’t wait to return! The room was amazing — stylish, clean, and super relaxing. I loved the color of the room; it made everything feel luxurious and fresh. The bathroom was also a highlight, with a really smart layout where the sink, toilet, and shower were separate but well-designed. The water pressure in the shower could be stronger, but overall everything was great. The provided toiletries smelled wonderful and unique. The staff were extremely friendly and tried their best to make everything perfect. The hallways were quiet and clean, which added to the overall calm atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!

What I didn’t love was the lack of dining options — there was only one main restaurant and the food was just okay. Also, there weren’t many souvenir shops or small stores around the resort, which was a bit disappointing for a resort stay. Still, the comfort of the room and friendliness of the staff made it a very enjoyable experience overall. I'd stay again, but with adjusted expectations for dining and shopping options.

Our family of three had an unforgettable stay at Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach by IHG. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in experience. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated with marine-inspired hues, and offered breathtaking panoramic sea views. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of fun-filled activities. Speaking of activities, the resort is packed with family-friendly entertainment. Our child loved the kids’ play area, while we enjoyed the infinity pool and private beach access. The resort also offers a fitness center, spa, and multiple dining options, making it easy to relax and indulge. Dining was a highlight! The Lemongrass restaurant had a fantastic selection of Vietnamese and international cuisine, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The gourmet food court also provided a variety of delicious options. Overall, Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, this resort is a perfect choice for families. We can’t wait to return!

The staff at the hotel are incredible. I have been traveling a lot and have been so many hotels that I have never ever seen. The whole staff were so friendly, so helpful,so respectful We booked half board ,but it turned out that the way we know you need to choose 1 main course, 1 starters, and I dessert among 2 or 3 choices. That was a very, very limited and disappointed dinner menu. We talked to the front office manager after the first night, and he informed the restaurant manager and all the staff and helped us to have different food than from that small limited dinner menu. Every dinner time and the manager at the breakfast came to us if we have any special request for dinner and breakfast. We were so amazed by their way to cover their mistake with the dinner menu The best staff I have ever seen in Amy kind of business

They charge for baby playground. That's not acceptable. If youbahbe a baby kid, you choose a hotel that your kid can play and enjoy, and you don't even have time to enjoy pool For example you go to a hotel and you need to pay for the swimming pool extra to use? How would feel ? The hotel should not charge extra for the baby playground . It is not acceptable at all. When u go to a restaurant, even many restaurants have those baby playground every where nowadays ,,no body ask for extra if your baby plays there . That should really be changed .the hotel itself is already expensive, so shpuld not get an extra charge 300.000 vnd for baby playground every day.

This property is amazing. It’s like a little city in the middle of nowhere but right on the beach. The room is beautiful. The staff are brilliant especially Neko in guest services, Daisy in reception and Billie by the pool. The facilities are fabulous and the buffet breakfast is awesome. It is expensive to buy food or drinks and there is nothing surrounding the hotel so you don’t have much choice. 2 nights here was a nice way to end our trip in Vietnam. There is a free shuttle to HCMC which is 2.5hrs away.

The room we lived is comfortable and the breakfast is very yummy.All the staff of hotel are very nice and full of passion.The lifeguards who work at beach or swimming pool are responsibility. My son got hurt on his tose, the lifeguard came to ask and check it automatically.It let me feel that they are caring every guests who lives in this hotel. Our family took the hotel's shuttle bus from HCM to hotel. It is very convenient for us if you don't have car or don't want to drive the far distance.The bus is very clean and the seat space is confortable. These services let our family feel good and relax.

Very nice new and modern hotel with lovely pool area. Several choices of restaurants on site to choose from. The room we booked was on the third floor with a large balcony and sea view which was fantastic and worth the extra cost. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Free transport by coach is available to and from HCMC.

The hotel is located in a resort complex shared with the Intercontinental. Although the complex has several restaurants and bars to choose from, there are no other shops, mini marts, bars or restaurants within walking distance. No public transport or taxis are available to travel to such, although you can pay quite a high price to take a private car from the hotel. The beach will be an environmental disaster in the near future as large sandbags are in place at either end of the beach to hold in the sand. This has caused massive erosion on the adjacent beaches. Adjacent beaches are covered with rubbish.

We all loved the great breakfast spread! The restaurant staff and those working around the grounds were always very friendly and helpful. There was a good range of facilities to enjoy for the duration of our stay and everywhere was kept in very good shape. The free shuttle bus service to HCMC was very convenient. The beach is kept clean and tidy, going for early morning walks along the long stretch of sand was amazing.

I found it very strange that at check in we were told that complimentary water is only offered on the day of arrival. I have never experienced that from other hotels before. Normally the water in the room is replenished daily. The lady then continued by following us down the corridor to pass on one last comment which was that no outside food is allowed in the hotel. It did feel rather strange to be approached in that manner. Some items/drinks seems particularly over priced. For example the fact that a virgin mocktail would cost the same as a cocktail baffled me. The numerous pools were enjoyed by the kids but the 'cement' slide was the biggest hit. Unfortunately, every single one of them ruined their swim suits on it. The surface is too rough!

This is the second time we stayed here during the break between Christmas and New Year. It was great. Service from arrival through check out was outstanding, room was comfortable, breakfast buffet plentiful and tasty, and facilities excellent. We’re hoping to visit more frequently as a relaxing and enjoyable getaway from the city.

The only thing that could be improved might be more affordable meal options, apart from the breakfast buffet. While there are a number of places on site they’re a bit pricey, though nothing unexpected from a first rate beach resort. A minor consideration.

Luxurious resort, super clean and convenient with everything you need at your disposal. The staff were lovely, helpful, and down to earth. Access to private beach was a bonus. The outdoor pools were pristine!

The remote location means that there’s not much to do in the vicinity of the resort. I wish there were more cute shops and local restaurants or bars around, but alas this couldn’t be helped as the area is not yet fully developed.
