The location is excellent with easy access to key areas in the city. The staff at the reception were consistently helpful and attentive, making check-in and general inquiries smooth and pleasant.

While the hotel’s lobby is impressive and gives off a good first impression, the rooms themselves were disappointing. The room I stayed in was quite cramped, and there was a notable lack of storage space. Another issue I encountered was with the coffee refills in the room. I had to call multiple times before they would replenish the coffee pouches, which felt like an unnecessary hassle.

The location (paulista) was really great. Safe(r) neighbourhood. A lot of tourist attractions nearby. The property is very clean. The staff were amazing - very friendly and extremely helpful. They all speak English. I wish the hotel was ‘Muslim-need’ friendly. The facility did not have halal food options. It’s not just the hotel, halal food is hard to come by in this city. Majority do not speak English and have no concept of halal. That’s why, it’s help Muslim guests if the hotel staff were more aware and can guide with relevant info. Restaurante Istambul … was really good and they also deliver. Adding this info for Muslim travellers in São Paulo.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Mr. Gomes helped me a lot with my delayed luggage. He contacted the delivery company and made things much easier. The gym and the breakfast were great so

When we arrived non of the staff at the front deck was speaking English (only Portuguese), what was not easy communicate with. Only a luggage assistant was able to help (translating). Only later in the week one or 2 person joined the front deck who were able to speak English. Everyone was however really friendly.

Beautiful hotel, in a nice safe area, walking distance to Ibirapuera park and plenty of restaurants. Spacious room, safety latches on windows, very nice spacious bathroom, lovely furniture, and very comfortable bed. Gym is very big but equipment is somewhat dated (treadmill need changing!). I did not use any other facilities apart from gym.

We ordered room services and the food was mediocre at best. We were surprised considering the level of the hotel and high standards in other areas. Hotel management really needs to look into their kitchen!

Good hotel, good breakfast, nice staff, nice bar staff... Dinner Buffet restaurant ok, a la carte should have some more selection... Very professional Ms. Clotilde at restaurant reception....

Bar closed till 15 on Sunday, very complicated to got some loundry slips, but overall good hotel.... Please at the restaurant bring each plate in order not all together...(Entries, first, main.....)

The location is really good, the amenities like the gym, sauna, etc a well. The staff is excellent

The room is very good but a bit small for the price. The swimming pool is barely used because it's on the ground floor with no privacy ( exposed to the other buildings), and the shadow of the buildings doesn't allow the sun to reach the swimming pool

The hotel is situated in Paulista which is good for walking around town but is challenging to get to via car. The traffic in the afternoon gets very bad. The breakfast was great! Lots of options. The room was good and the bed was comfy.

I paid for a room with a balcony but the bacony is locked. The windows could have been cleaner.
