We stayed only for 1 night, so we couldn't fully appreciate the object. What we really liked was the gorgeous mattress) After long flights and trips, it was a pleasure to sleep.

1. We paid additional fees (about 7 euros), despite the fact that the Booking indicated that the cost includes fees and taxes and there is no need to pay anything extra. Even if the amount was small, it was unpleasant, especially after they didn't explain to us what kind of fees it was. 2. I can't say that the staff at the reception was friendly enough. We can say that the girls don't care who moves in or leaves the hotel and whether the guests will come back again. 3. The room was dusty on the headboard of the bed and in the bathroom.

Very spacious and comfortable room; Super clean; Great staff; Dog friendly, in a good location next to the canal which was perfect for a dog walk;

The fan in the bathroom was a bit too noisy; It would be great if there were some more vegan options during breakfast e.g. hummus; We would appreciate if it was mentioned on the hotel site that it is in low emission zone and cars need a special sticker;

Nice room with big desk and comfortable beds. The breakfast was good and had both warm and cold options. The prices for lunch/dinner were also ok considering that the restaurant belonged to a hotel (and the food was good too ;)).

The cold cuts at breakfast were only pork (and when I asked for chicken/beef/turkey) I was told that they were first expecting a shipment in the afternoon.

The room was modern, very clean and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was very good, filled with quality products. Good location, close to a U-Bahn station.

A city tax was charged even when the Booking reservation stated that all taxes were included in the price. It is important to make the customer aware of this fee before making the reservation.

Was charged for 4 days car parking when only needed 2 days. No iron in room to help freshen clothes after a few days travelling. Only 3 hangers for the wardrobe.

We planned to stay for one night, but ended up cancelling another reservation and staying for two more nights :) The room was spacious and clean, the staff nice and helpful and it was very quiet at night. The hotel is close to the U-bahn station.

Easily accessible by suburban railway. Check-in and check-out is seamless. Staff are always courteous and professional. Can't complain about the rooms cleanliness. Bed is comfy and an actual queen sized bed with one ongoing mattress. WIFI is limited to three devices but fast and stable.

The rooms view over the city leaves something to be desired. Can be a bit noisy whilst the window isn't closed due to ongoing traffic.

breakfast is satisfying & great. Everybody can find stg. to eat.

Shaving Kit, Brush Kit, Slippers could be better if already placed in the room. Will ve better if some receptionists smile more ...

The extreme politeness at the reception and the spacious and very clean rooms

Restaurant in the evening. However the very nice lady at the reception sent us to the hotel next door that had a lovely rooftop restaurant.

This must have been the cleanest hotel room I have been in a long time. Really spotless. Very comfortable bed and pillow, spacious room, good prices on the mini-bar and a coffee machine with 3 types of capsules for free usage! Quiet area just opposite of a tram station a few stops away from the central station of Hannover. The ladies at the reception very polite, they allowed me to check in 30 minutes earlier.

If I can find something, I would say the attitude of the staff at the breakfast area. I went there after the lady at the reception told me to go and check before buying the breakfast buffet (it was 15 minutes before closing) and they just forbade the entrance, as if I would go to eat for free. I couldn't even explain myself, because apparently they didn't speak English.
