Food was pretty good the first night. Next two days left much room for improvement. Last night there was very good. So much of the dishes ere very similar and there was a lot of fish and seafood which I am allergic to. Also all restaurants were booked so we were stuck with buffet the entire time.

Majority lot staff was very nice. Many people did not speak English which was hard. A couple of the bartenders did not want to make call drinks and were rude.

Shortage of pool towels. Hard to book the restaurants, only got one. A dangerous exit at one of the elevators, instead of flush with the floor, it had a ramp with a drop off at the sides. I stepped out and to the side to let others on and had a nasty fall. At 73, I'm thankful I didn't break anything There should be railings.

The beach was amazing

I like almost everything just the hotel is getting old and may need some maintenance

The property was very clean, and the entertainment at night was good. Japanese Hibachi restaurant was the best.

WiFi was horrible, very slow. Definitely need to improve.

bartenders 5 out of 10 are in a bad mood, and just give good treatment if you give them tips. I really had a bad experience with Yanira at bar in lobby two.

well kept clean and cozy beds with a beautiful view of the pool and the beach.

The casino and the disco where lonely. Every guest should be given a schedule of activities for the week so you can be more informed.

the persons that they clean the room she would open my door automatically with out knocking the door I didn’t like that

Their facilities are well maintained. My favorite the pool. Every day the have new entertainment. The front desk staff Alondra she went above and beyond to find me a reservation. Joseito at the Dominican Restaurant always make sure we have the food the way we asked. Adonis and Maria at the buffet make us laugh and help us with with smile.

The butler. She did not help at all. I have to use my family butler.

The check in process MUST be streamlined. With just eight people in front of us we waited in line an hour and a half. Getting people tired of waiting is now way to start a vacation. Some sound insulation in the rooms would be nice, we were two floors above the music but it sounded like it was in our room. Normally we would be in bed by 8pm but with the music going until 10 or so, we weren't too happy.
