The staff were very, very polite. They went above and beyond for all my request. I tipped every chance i got. The kitchen servers during dinner always smiled when serving. The food OMG THE FOOD. For only $20, you received a buffett of well cooked breakfast lunch and dinner, and trust me, it is worth it. The gym was very big, lots of machines for those wondering. The big pool and the balconies in the room were great size.

I stayed in room 440, and there was a huge stain on the carpet. It was a shame because i really liked that room as it had a bathtub. The stain on the carpet was too big to ignore, and it seemed like the cleaners didn't care to clean it up. I could've dealt with the smaller carpet stains, but that one was unacceptable and so i moved downstairs. The room also didn't have lights on the balcony. I was then given a more expensive cleaner looking room but no bathtub.

The bartender in the day (Marleny) is such a people person, The check in process is very smooth. Breakfast was so amazing.

I didn’t like that when i came in the hotel the attendant started following me and asking me what room was I staying in, but there was a couple that were a different skin tone then mine and he let them right through, i felt a certain way but i let it go. the guy a tall gentleman who is a little on the plus size and works during the late night hours.

Nice spacious room, with a good city view and sea in the background. Everything was super clean. The bad was comfortable, pillows were amazing. Hotel breakfast is always my favorite part and this one was exceptionally good with a big variety and everything freshly made. Staff were very professional and efficient. Check in and out were fast. We will definitely start there again.

Furniture is old fashioned and worn out. There was a stale smell in the corridor, like old carpet. At 6 am room next to ours got occupied by some very noisy group of people who didn’t stop talking and laughing loudly until 8:30 am.

Employees crew is very nice, very efficient, food, but it needs a little be more variety of healthy food, specifically for people like me who consume diet foods.

Well, I had to change the room twice in the last three months when I visited this hotel. #1 air conditioning is too noisy, I cannot concentrate to fall sleep#2 once again same air conditioning problems, this year the bathtroom toilet has a leak landing on top of my head that stinks, coffee pot was missing, just a white mug, everything else, I will say was okay.

Breakfast buffet was good. A little repetitive after a week but good. The local was fine. Close to a good supermarket and ice cream shoppe. Easy to get to major attractions. But the best thing was the staff. They remembered after a year and Gravel and Francisco were welcoming. Met some new ones at guest services who went above and beyond to solve an issue with our debit card. Found us a great taxi service and another friend was made. Hotel is older but we saw lots of evidence of upgrades taking place. But best of all they remembered our anniversary and gave us a bottle of champagne.We may go back next year

Bathroom. Storm messed up the pool for a few days but it was sorted

Dominican fiesta is like my second home I love to be there staff are very nice room is comfortable just that they need to Improve more in house keeping the room take to long to get clean but everything else is amazing room service are the best front office very extremely helpful thanks guy for another amazing vacation see you next year

I love all the facilities that they provide when you have any events, was my mother birthday they provide a beautiful cake 🎂 was a arrangement bucket of balloons amazing, I really I want to thanks Paloma and ismael for your decorating my mom rooms and I can't forget the lady from housekeeping Germania...she's the best cleaners, front desk they are amazing....room service overnight was on time for our breakfast and the food is good...I really thanks to everyone for everything see you next year will all my family God bless you...gracias ismael, Germania son Los mejores continues asi Dios les bending...

They never replace the mini bar but that's simple

The gym at this property is amazing! I liked the pool area as well and never had a hard time finding a cabana or lounge chair to sit in. The pool is very deep but there’s also a wading pool and whirlpools to sit in. The swim up bar is great for having a cocktail at the pool and finding some shade from the hot Dominican sun! The breakfast in the morning was good and changed daily.

The property was older and needed some updates but still clean.

I loved the location of the property itself was clean. The staff was friendly.

For such a nice hotel, our television was limited. Honestly it should be a smart tv or at least offer higher standard cable. It rained a lot and we spent a lot of time in the hotel room so the television would have been very nice to be able to watch a decent movie.

Amazingly decorated 5 Star Resort, with amenities for days on end!!! Pool, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Soccer Field, and the best part! TWO GYMS (cardio room and fully stacked Gym floor)….

With the price paid, the least they could do, especially for their return customers is to please grant them( us) with a continental breakfast! A hotel with this size and amount of employees, makes a pretty good money and definitely can afford breakfast to be included ( especially for business people, on business trips & 1-3 days)!! no one is asking for breakfast for over 3 days!! Rule of an International Marketing/ customer service move, which would increase the return of clients… The 1st 72 hours is crucial in any business, in order to generate return clients…
