The location

The property need maintenance, is dirty, bed very hard and uncomfortable, breakfast is not “buffet” is only 1 plate

The room I was given in the beginning had an issue and they then shifted me to an upgraded room with no additional cost for me. Breakfast was good. I did not use the pool, but saw that the area was occupied most of the time.

None that I can think of.

The staff was outstanding! The location is perfect for this time of year.

The main elevator was out of service during our entire stay. The bathroom toilet seat had to be replaced due to the other one being broken but the staff was right on it and fixed the issue quickly.

Very contemporary hotel, adds to the cool wow factor. The food at the Agora restaurant inside of the hotel was excellent. The room comes with items available to purchase if you use them. The hotel staff was on point and attentive. The swimming pool was big and ample. I would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Barranquilla.

Nice room, good buffet breakfast, free coffee & water, good location.

Very very disappointed that we'd booked the hotel especially for its pool, as a last day treat. Unfortunately it was closed for maintenance all day on Tuesday leaving us hugely frustrated.

Breakfast options were limited Be aware if a foreign guest, hardly any staff spoke any English No hot water In the bath.

The location was good; was a safe and comfortable room. Breakfast was very good.

The room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour to check in. It was fairly loud as there is a bar nearby with loud music.

Breakfast was good. The pool is great. Nice staff. Clean. Great location, close to many restaurants and bakeries, and close to unico mall.

The gym is terrible. No ac, and the weighs are all rusty. The shower and toilets are very low pressure. Also, beware of staying on a Saturday night. The events they host are very loud!
