The breakfast was good.I always enjoy that. Most of the staff we're exceptional

I repeatedly requested to have a room very close to the entrance. The reservation I'm sure was made in plenty of time to get. The closest rooms to the front door however, I had to walk buck quite a waste down the hall to get to my room as I have trouble with my back by the time I get to the breakfast area. I was very sore and hurting.

Beds were comfy. We got the last room on the first floor...no elevator and I don't do stairs. Pool was nice. Breakfast was OK, but no fresh fruit other than oranges. Trayvon checked us in, he was friendly and helpful.

Hall carpets were filthy. Bathroom stunk and it was so small you couldn't open the door without hitting the toilet.

Location was very convenient for our needs. Clean. Happy to have a frig / freezer

The bathroom fan was very noisy. You had to jiggle the outside door handle to kinda lock it back in place b4 you could open the room door. The pillows are awful, will need to bring my own. I need specific support.

The location was great! The room was clean! Breakfast was convenient.

On the day of check-out, a lady with housekeeping knocked at the door at 9:00 to ask what time we were checking out. Check-out wasn’t supposed to be until 11, so we felt like we were being rushed out of the room after that.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Coffee machine was dirty, towels were all stained, the room needed some maintenance, and it was odd to see the coffee maker inside the bathroom.

Kiara at the front desk that checked me in has outstanding customer service skills and she was very patient with all the guest that was pressuring her about checking-in. There was a line but she serviced us in order as we came in. At the end, all the customers were satisfied and had a room. Kiara deserves a raise! Thank you for your kindness! My stay was excellent. I would stay here in the future!

Very pleasant. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a good start of the day. We lived the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We will be back.

Side door entrance at the stairwell was a bit dirty & the trash can was overflowing. Had a bit of a smell coming from it. Stayed full of trash entire weekend

Breakfast was good hot coffee cleanliness was on par.

The only downside to the stay was no elevator. But not a deal breaker.
