We have stayed t countless HGN throughout the years and all over the country...this was BY FAR the best hotel with amazing staff from check-in...assistance with a computer issue...bar...and we especially enjoyed the wonderful space for ability to smoke a few cigars without feeling like outcasts....all around 5 stars! WELL DONE!

Room was very roomy & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious & good choices. I like that they served you from the buffet. Staff especially Jennifer at the front desk were very helpful & accommodating.

A little noisy late at night with everyone coming home from weddings in the area. (We weren’t staying for a wedding)

The breakfast was tasty and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel was welcoming and the rooms were comfortable - the staff were all friendly and efficient. The parking was convenient and free!

It was an amazing experience, very clean with amazing atmosphere and ambient. Excellent professional staff. Congratulations on your recently winning Award, well deserved!

Very clean and great location. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and gave us ideas for dinner and was a great place. (Jeffres)

Everything was good

I give this hotel a 5 star rating. We arrived about a 1/2 early & our room was ready. The room & bathroom were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The best most helpful staff more than any other hotel we've ever stayed at & we do a lot of traveling. Always greeted with a smile & pleasant attitude. Will definitely return next year!

You can't complain when everything was perfect

In a quiet location.

Driving in dark rainy weather, missed signs that would have directly led us to the property. Had to take a circuitous route to get there.

Clean and easy to get too.

We could hear the people in the room next door. The breakfast started at 7:30 am. That is late for people who want to get on the road. Omelets are not available on Saturday.

We were only there one night and didn’t see much, but seemed nice

Busy road outside our window….a little noisy at night. AC loud.

Always clean and friendly staff. I did have to check out one day early, do to family emergency.. I'm supposed to get a refund. Please advise.
