We really enjoyed our stay. Area felt safe, the hotel is new and offers free parking. The rooms are clean and modern. We were really surprised of the breakfast selection as we didn‘t expect much, however they offer bagels, cereal, joghurt, fresh fruits etc. Also coffee and tea is available the whole day. We would definitely stay here again.

The only recommendation we have: would be great to have a hair dryer in the room too, since it has all other amenities.

What to say , it’s was new and clean . Staff were friendly and helpful , location was fun in a neighborhood of brick buildings with lots of cosmetic appeal

Not really any complaints

Felt like we were staying in apartments - it was in a residential neighborhood near Burger Lake, our destination. So it was convenient and safe.

The only issue we had was the bathroom did not have body wash - we had to go up front twice to ask for it and repeat hat was needed to the housekeeper who came by and couldn’t remember. Then she brought it to us in a plastic cup versus the bottle. That being said - the products were all Dove and great quality. The front office person apologized that it wasn’t done the first time.

Check in was a breeze and they let us check in early due to our concert start time. The staff was very friendly both days. The rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the bed! I loved the shower, great water pressure and hot water throughout! The breakfast was fairly standard but there was plenty of food and the seating was both fun and comfy. I would totally stay here every time I'm in town for a concert or event!

The road construction was a bit off putting but that isn't the hotel's fault.

Very nice hotel, there is a swimming pool and a gym. In the lobby you can drink coffee with a view of a quiet street. It was especially nice for me because the weather was rainy. The room was comfortable and clean. For breakfast there were: oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, boiled eggs, omelette, toast with cheese and ham, bagels, cereal bars. My children and husband were full and happy. Also the hotel location is great, it took about 15 minutes to walk to the Christmas tree at a slow pace with children. And about 10 minutes by taxi to the Cowtown Coliseum.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. I was there for a conference and it was only 5min away from the conference. Very convenient location. Lots of food places around! The general manager Mitzi I think is her name was very welcoming :)! The front staff that checked me in provided exceptional customer service!! Very kind and welcoming! I really enjoyed my stay!!

Everything was great. The only thing was I wish the pool was open til 10 instead of 9.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is minimal yet clean. My kiddo had surgery, and we recovered at the hotel. He even had an accident due to the medicine from after the surgery. It was mid evening, and they sent housekeeping almost immediately after requesting. She remade the entire bed and was so kind. I wish I got the housekeepers name.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. I much prefer fresh breakfast. However, on the go pre-made was okay.

Best value and facilities in Fort Worth for the money. Short $10 Uber to stockyards, but 1/3 the room cost of staying up there. Great facilities, clean and breakfast was a great bonus. Staff were awesome.

A ten minute walk to downtown for food which isn’t ideal if you wake up hungover, so door dash came in handy on those days. Most days awake to grab the breakfast which is decent for the room cost.

Quiet neighborhood, great location with parking, very clean and spacious room. It had a clothes iron/board!! Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was quite spacious too. Would definitely stay again

You will get charged an additional $70ish tax at check in, would’ve been nice to know beforehand. And breakfast was not really that great. Other than that, no complaints.

Great breakfast. The rooms have good utility and are very clean.

I arrived at midnight and check in took half an hour. I got a reservation for a king room, but appearently none was available. The person on the front desk was very friendly, but struggled with the online system. She tried to call a manager multiple times but could not reach anyone.
