Check in was easy. The room was so clean and the bed was comfortable, firm but soft. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful, kind and friendly.

It would have been nice to have been informed of the overflow parking upon check in. We came back from a concert late at night and I was trying to squeeze my car in the one lone tiny spot left and almost got stuck. Went up to the front desk and he mentioned the overflow parking across the street, which was so much easier!

As part of my tour of Texas (16 days) and a cruise to Mexico. Parking no problems, Check in easy. Requested a quiet room and this was allocated to me. Little shop for extras, Breakfast choices good, kept clean and topped up. Nice to see a gentleman in a jack (possibly manager/owner) (Mr. Lewis??) helping with everyday tasks and engaging with staff respectfully. Got the shuttle bus to town with the driver Patricia – she is a star and an asset to the business. Would stay again if in are. thank you.

Everything was clean from the lobby to the room. Staff was extremely nice. Hillary was especially nice. The tv in our room was glitching she kept apologizing cause she couldn't get anyone til the morning. We told her not to worry since we were checking out in the morning. But overall great place. Highly recommend.

Having to pay for parking. But like I said overall fantastic place. Highly highly recommend.

Clean building.

Rear parking lot does not seem safe. Gates that close at night (rear parking lot) would make me feel more comfortable and safe. This would keep non-guests from walking in and out the rear lot. Also, parking should be included as part of the stay so the parking fee of $24 a night is not a surprise.

The staff were exceptional! Everyone we encountered were helpful, warm, and attentive. We were greeted pleasantly every time we walked through the lobby and it almost felt like staff members k ew us personally and treated us like good friends.

Parking was tight and location isn’t that attractive but it was close to the arena which was what we needed. Only one elevator was working.

They got us into our room way earlier than we expected. We had been up all night the night before and they got us in supper early to get some rest.

The bathroom was in need of some updates. The water pressure in the shower was low. The breakfast was not real good. Could use some improvements

Location was great and it was very clean. The staff was the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. There seemed to be plenty of staff members and they were very well trained. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows.

The elevator. One was closed the whole time. The other made suspicious noises and weird light displays.

Breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was perfect for where we were going. The room was clean and all staff were very helpful.

The only thing that I saw that would bother me would be the hot tub and swimming pool. The first night we stayed there my son and I swam in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. But I was a little concerned about the hot tub. It was a little dirty and I couldn't smell any chlorine in hot tub or pool. I think it should be checked and cleaned on a daily basis.

well we had to change rooms because I'm husband needed a sofa or recliner & the 1st room didn't have one .be my husband spoke to the receptionist & the move us to one that did have one . she was very nice since the moment we walked in.

Clean and not over priced. Families are looking for clean, comfortable and convenient/close to the Harris Hospital when they have family in hospital.

Parking was a terrible problem. Too many large pick-up trucks blocking driveway and blocking the very few open parking spots. Need area for big trucks so smaller vehicles can park.
