Let me start at check in. Wonderful staff waited on me. The front is clean and very welcoming. The room exceeded my expectations. You may pay a little more but the beds and bedding were comfortable. Me and my HS friend went to a concert locally and stayed there so she didn’t have to drive 2 hours in the dark, alone. We had 2 queen beds. The bathroom was well stocked. Plenty of towels. Shampoo, conditioner, body was in the shower. A blow dryer. But this bathroom also had a nightlight in it. That’s a plus being in a strange location, you could get to bathroom in the night. There was a lot of room Everywhere was clean. Breakfast was great. Plenty of parking. A+.

The staff were cheerful, helpful, and friendly. Tee, the evening receptionist, was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Took a minute to find the closet behind the draw curtains. I liked selecting the room beforehand.

The closet was behind the draw curtains. I am not a huge fan of digital keys, so I was glad to have the option of the old fashioned plastic key.

Extremely clean, I was very impressed. Squeaky clean, bathroom was white as snow, and so were the bedding. The place smelled noce and clean also.No bugs, not even a little spider. Staff were very friendly and always smiling. Breakfast was really good. The pool area was very nice and clean. The courtyard was absolutely beautiful.You could walk to restaurants if you wanted to.The location is nice. This will be my #1 place to stay anytime I'm in Chillicothe.

I have zero complaints

We really enjoyed our stay, The breakfast staff was friendly and happy. The afternoon /evening clerk, Trish, was particularly helpful and gave us some pointers on local history. It was clear the staff enjoys where they work.

Hotel was located close to many stores and restaurants but was set far enough back from the main road to still be quiet. The property was very well maintained and had beautiful landscaping. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a variety to choose from and slightly different each day. Our room had a separate bedroom which was appreciated. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

Location is good. We just needed a comfortable place to stay in transit, and we've stayed before. Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool area this time, so I can't comment on it.

Continental breakfast wasn't kept warm, but it was still good and filled the spot before leaving.

The parking lot was really icy - which they can’t control, but available parking was far from the entry door.

Breakfast was really good. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel was clean and the people were friendly.

The price was double for this location compared to other Hampton Inns we looked at.

After traveling for two weeks, we checked in at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Chillicothe, OH. We were cheerfully greeted and checked in efficiently. This hotel is outstanding in all respects--spotless, updated, welcoming. The breakfast was ready early, which we appreciated, since we had an early departure the next day. We highly recommend this hotel.
