The beach chairs run out quickly

The room perfectly decorated and confortable. The restaurant good ambiente I loved the soft lights.

The pool area is limit and under the rest of the facilites.

The beach services arent that good, old chairs, too close to other guests, rude staff

We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment, which had everything we needed: 2 balconies, kitchen with dishwasher and stove, a very comfy bed. We also appreciated the small sauna and steam room in the hotel. The street the hotel is located in is quite lovely and offered different shops and restaurants to go to even walking distance.

The outdoor pool is quite small and nothing like it seems on pictures - but the beach is right there and we spent time on the beds provided by the hotel on the beach. The valet parking is rather pricey, 47 usd/night with tax.

The location is amazing. Private beach access with sun loungers and umbrellas. Clean room and friendly staff. I liked that the room had a kitchen and I could have my favorite breakfast without leaving the room. The sole is located within a walk distance away from amazing restaurants, hotels and shops. I will definitely come again

Escalators! I had wait up to 10 mins for an escalator during breakfast / dinner times!

Everything location, staff friendliness, room cleaning every day, fresh clean towels without asking I was lucky enough to have a room on the 23rd floor

Not much, but if I had one complaint, it would be the HVAC system. My room did not get cold enough, but the problem was handled. I had awonderful stay.

It was a great stay, rooms were spacious and clean. Location was great. However the highlight of the hotel was Andrea who was the bar manager at the pool bar who made sure to take care of me and my 16 friends which is not very easy to do. She was super friendly, patient, kind and made sure we all had fun.

The staff was very friendly.

The pool is way too small and not clean

Lovely place to stay unfortunately the weather was not cooperative. I wish I could have experienced it when it was not raining. Still a relaxing time away in a comfortable hotel. Perfect for 2-3 days at the beach...if it wasn't raining all that time. Will try again.

Parking on the pricey side and the restaurant could have had better hours of operation. It would 've been nice to have a discount on the resort fee since nobody was using the towels and pool facilities.
