The property was so clean. The rooms were so clean. The receptionist was very courteous. The location was excellent. There were so many stores around the area for personal needs. My daughter is nervous about everything, due to her autism, but she Loved it here. The prices were amazing. I would recommend this motel/hotel to everyone. We're coming back in the future and this place is where we will be staying. Thank you for everything.

The location is excellent as my son is attending Chapman University and the Big A Motel is really convenient. It is a great value! Very clean, excellent staff!

First off, the owners/workers are friendly and in my opinion, are good people. They are hard working and
Furniture and restroom stuff are on the "older" side but no complaints from me, it gets the job done and I dont plan to stay inside the hotel much anyway.

It’s clean, and the room was big. Very comfortable and quiet. The owner was very nice, and the cleaning lady was very pleasant.
