The charging ports (3) Didn't work. All 3 were broken

The breakfast is awesome, with a huge options of food, you can have a pancake made by a automatic machine thats produce two pancakes in 60 seconds, they have fresh fruits, breads and eggs as well. Awesome hotel to stay, close to the airport, with shuttle service by bus taking you on the terminal of airport and bring to the hotel, incredible breakfast, have a nice pool with two options, small one looks like a jacuzi and is warm water, the bigger one its cold water but nice as well. The staff is very kind all the time taking care with each details with us.

I had a great weekend at the Inglewood Holiday Inn Express LAX. Kudos to all the front desk agents, who were very patient and understanding of my requests and accommodations (especially at a last-minute flight delay). Much appreciated to the front desk agent who was able to make my request of moving me to another room at the last minute due to the noise occurrence. Despite the reputation of the Inglewood location, this neighborhood was decent enough to travel nearby and close to the SoFi Stadium, as well as LAX Airport. Breakfast was also decent, and the Attendees were served efficiently. Kudos to the shuttle driver, Danny, who was attentive and friendly in providing a smooth round-trip 10-minute service from the airport to the hotel. (As a heads up, please be aware to call ahead and wait at the top Terminal 2 area near a red hotel shuttle bus stop. There will be a Holiday Inn shuttle for the other site, so make sure to board a Holiday Inn Express shuttle (for this location) with the large banners. Rooms were also modern and upgraded to standard features- can't recommend enough for a quick trip stay.

The hotel is located close to the airport. It's a small but modern and well equipped property which is well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is good and has reasonably good variety of options. There are restaurants and shops available close by within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel staff is helpful and supportive. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to the LAX airport.

Nothing in specific was not likeable, except for the fact that the hotel is located close to the LAX airport so it's very far away from most of the usual tourist attractions in LA like Universal Studios, Disneyland, Hollywood etc.

Average breakfast. Personally don’t enjoy eating off paper plates and using bamboo cutlery. Then self clearing things - the bins were full / so not very pleasant. Limited choice for breakfast. Fast four outlets very close and convenient

Communication about how to Catch the shuttle bus from the airport would have been good. We were overseas travellers with no easy internet to make phone calls. Surely an email or sms with flight details is sufficient for the shuttle bus to pick up from the airport. We were unable to ring and ended up paying for an Uber rather than easily catching the shuttle.

The simplicity (basics are there) that makes it a value for money and the cleanliness of the place. The driver who fetched us is accommodating.

The fact that we needed to call for us to be fetched was very challenging; no one in the information center of LAX so no one to ask for help to call, even Southwest staff did not want to help us. It took us an hour to make that call (via the crew from Hudson at LAX named Angel) just for us to call Holiday Inn Express. The fact that we confirmed our booking, I hope that that prompted Holiday Inn to fetch us at the Hotel Shuttle station outside LAX along with other confirmed hotel guests. Basics such as water (mineral bottles) are not inside the room - hotel guests needed to go to the lobby area to get water and hot water at that.

EXCELLENT hotel. Great Sales Manager, Martha, was super helpful, friendly, and informative. She gave us a free upgrade to an Executive King Room and charged us the 2nd night at the same low rate as our first night. This is because we were stranded in L.A. as our flights were cancelled TWICE, because the Brisbane airport was closed due to Cyclone Alfred. We are very grateful! The room was impeccable, clean, huge, super comfy beds, big bathroom with good quality toiletries, fridge and coffee making machine. The FREE breakfast buffet was excellent with a large variety of food and drinks. The staff were adorable everywhere in the hotel. The FREE shuttle bus to and from the airport is a bonus. There is a 7eleven, and restaurants just around the corner: Sizzlers (best sirloin steak), Persian, MacDonald. Highly recommend!

Everything! From the day we arrived and requested shuttle for pick up as we arrived around 11pm and driver Javier was very attentive and polite. Walked in the hotel was greeted by a very polite gentleman who had our stuff ready to go. Room was very clean, with no weird odors and everything was in place and working conditions! Next day got to see the staff down at breakfast area and all of them were very kind and well kept the area and great fresh breakfast. The service of having room cleaned and straightened with clean towels and bed done was done everyday of our stay, which was a +! Very please with our stay and would definitely book again on our next trip back to LA and recommend to family and friends.

The shuttle service to and from LAX is great. It's hourly and very convenient. The room was clean and had some amenities like coffee, desk area, plenty of space for belongings. Breakfast was included for my stay. The location was fairly convenient for my stay, there's a good Persian restaurant next door, some fast food places nearby and a great vegan place about 15 minutes walk away. There's also a CVS and a few stores within walking distance. There's free parking included but we didn't have a car. Staff were nice and helpful. Lighting in the room was great, there's a black out roller shade and a privacy screen, plus lots of different lighting options in the room. There's a metal plate by the door lock that prevents attackers from using a credit card to slide the lock open--this is great from a security perspective and the *only* way I can feel truly safe leaving my belongings.

The location is mainly convenient to LAX and is perfect for an overnight before a flight the next day, but it's not a huge sight seeing location. The bed was acceptable but a little old. The breakfast is very mediocre, but not through any fault of the kitchen staff. They serve pre-made omelettes that are perfectly identical and taste like they were made from frozen. The rest of the breakfast is standard mediocre fare. WiFi is not encrypted and the password system (both access code and name/room number combo) is terrible. I would bring a travel router.

The hotel exceeded our expectations on all levels and we had a very comfortable and quiet stay. It offered the best value for price (breakfast, shuttle/parking, etc...) compared to others nearby, and we will absolutely return when traveling from LAX. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and we even had a great (quiet) view of the planes coming in. What makes this hotel stand out is the excellent staff! Everyone we met provided the welcome and attention you'd expect at a 4-5 star property and that made our stay so nice and elevated it far above the typical soulless airport hotel transit experience. Departing shuttles leave every hour on the hour, but when you arrive at the airport you need to call the hotel and they will send the shuttle, which operates 24/7. Very easy!
