I loved the location of the hotel. It was very close to LAX. We could see the planes flying in. We did not have a working toilet but when I called the front desk and informed them. They quickly brought the maintenance guy over and he told us it needed work then offered us another room. I love their customer services support!! Very friendly and helpful!!

There wasn't enough parking spaces but I had to pay $40 a night for security. Which was fine because it was gated. The deposit for the hotel was never reimbursed back for 2 nights. I felt like I was over charged and paid for 4 nights instead.

Location adjacent to LAX is perfect for overnight stays between flights. The room and bathroom are comfortable and functional. Although somewhat dated, the rooms are clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle is easy to use and runs every 30-40 mins. There is a filtered drinking tap near the lobby and the breakfast buffet is good with a mixture of hot food and fresh fruit. The fitness centre is available 24 hours (accessible at night via security staff) which is useful for jetlagged travelers.

As the hotel is located near LAX there are limited food options nearby that are accessible on foot, but there is McDonalds next door and a Denny's 5 mins walk away.

The room was pretty spacious. Beds and pillows were SOOO comfortable, like really, haven't sleep so good in a while. Nice bed away from home. Big hotel, it's perfect to be close to the airport and have somewhere comfortable to sleep. The hotel staff was really polite and nice. We weren't able to make a late check out, but they did gave us the option to leave our luggage there. Breakfast buffet was yummy, it had scrambled and hard boiled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, fresh fruit to have there or to take, variety of bread, French toasts, oatmeal, quesadillas, yogurt, coffee and tea. After finishing the breakfast, they also gave us some cups to go, in case we wanted to take coffee or tea. We were able to use the shuttle 2 times the same day, because we took my sis to the airport and then we took ours later.

There's no late check out (which makes sense to me, because it's an airport's hotel) but besides from that, everything went well. Pretty sure the hotel is kinda old, you can see that in some design details, but that didn't interfere with my rest or sleep.

Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Super convenient and comfortable for an overnight layover, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Restaurant menu extremely limited so was planning to each inhouse but ended up ordering ubereats. The shuttle service (from hotel back to the airport) is badly organised - all the staff will tell you it runs every 30-40 mins but not when the next one is, and you can end up sitting around for ages waiting. Surely you could just have a timetable (10am / 10.45am / 11.30am / 12.15pm etc), put it on the wall, and then it's clear to everyone.

The shuttle bus makes beeping noise almost every half an hour while backing up in front of the hotel, that keeps me awake and hard to fall asleep as we are just staying a few floors above

I was shocked by the 40.00 fee to park and turns out that fee is taxable which made it 44.00! Who taxes parking! Parking accommodations are never discussed on the site's website page and I don't like surprises! Also, the car entrance to the hotel is very low end and the parking signage is confusing and not clear. Only shuttle buses can access the main lobby entrance. Cars can only access the lobby by parking in the parking garage, going through a plain drab door on a drab concrete wall then taking an elevator to the lobby. Is this a nice hotel or am I in the ghetto?

Nice staff, free shuttle, restaurant was good and dinner prices were very reasonable from 5 to 7pm. The place is somewhat retro and could use a bit of sprucing up, but it was clean and comfortable. One of the elevators' key card readers didn't work, and we got stuck in the elevator for a couple of minutes. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and would stay there again. It's conveniently located very close to LAX, and for the price, it's a good place to relax and sleep if you have a day layover.

Convenient shuttle to and from airport. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We decided to eat at the hotel since it was so convenient. The food was excellent just a bit pricey for what we had. The bright side is we didn’t have to leave the property. We were tired from a day of traveling.

Our only complaint is we were two rooms away from the elevator shaft. We heard the elevators cycle all night long. We compensated some of the noise by turning on background sleep sounds. They had a good selection for the breakfast but we found that the sausage was cold. Some of the food wasn’t up very warm.

The location was great! Right next to a McDonald’s open 24 hours so it was good to have food if you arrived late. The hotel restaurant and market was open late too so you have options. I also loved having the shuttle to take me to and from the airport. The front desk was nice and friendly.

I wish there were more front desk people working to help check in guests. There was only one person working so it was a bit of a wait once we got in. Since we were on a shuttle, there were 6 of us trying to check in at once plus people buying stuff from the market. The one working also had to take calls so more waiting.

Front desk staffs were quick and professional mostly. The first associate that checked us in made a mistake of giving us a room right in front of the elevator area, when she specifically acknowledged that the room was away from the elevator, which was what I had requested. Another associate promptly changed it to another room that was far away from the elevator, so it worked out. The hotel's proximity to LAX airport and car rental locations is a big plus, which is for my repeated stays at this hotel each time I visit LA.

The room we were reassigned had a weird smoking odor upon entry, and a Housekeeping associate came up and confirmed the odor. She returned shortly afterwards and sprayed the room with a freshener. When we returned later in the evening, the smoking odor was unnoticeable.
